No worries bro. The best advice I can give is keep it as simple as you can. I personally just grow in organic soil and have had great results.

am I supposed to let stretch bend then repeat? On the shoots I'm having easier time it seems with hydroponics since I like to use them as a hobby source of medical and for leisure hell its the perfect plant I just don't wanna loose out again especially when I should have 10 of each clone that died priorly I just don't understand why or how

I just let them grow through the screen and then just tuck them back under to a square further away.

How far away is your light? What lighting schedule are you on ie 18 on 6 off?

Hey bro, there's your main problem, get that light as low as you can. I use a cool hood and can get my 600w hps about 10inches off. My 400w I can get it 6-8 inches.

Have you got a fan blowing across the canopy? That's one way to reduce a hell of a lot of heat off the bulb

Hold your hand under it, if it's too hot for the top of your hand after say a min, then it's too hot for the plants.

Here's a pic of my latest scrog. One plant under a 600w in a 35l pot of organic soil. I'm hoping to pull at least 10 o's.

You want the light as low as possible

24/7 I have a few times though if needed for
Personally I don't agree with the 24/7, some people do. I think it's a plant that lives and needs a rest. They grow in the dark as well. Try going 18/6 or 20/4. I think your just wasting extra power you don't need to.
