first time growing eggplants.. could someone fill me in on this please,

I gave them no nutes for about 1 month only water in compost & sheep manure
Started feeding pureblend botanicare flower twice a week maybe
Some magnesium sulfate once a week
Q tipped the flowers, got 5 of them and one of them is kinda weird..
They've been planted since about juin/july

They were labelled italian eggplants @ the store

Italian Rosa Bianca Eggplant Seeds
75 days. An heirloom from Italy that is beautiful and delicious. This eggplant grows 4 to 6 inch, rosy-lavender and cream colored, teardrop shaped fruit that grow in good yields. The flavor is creamy and seldom bitter.
Germination: 7 to 14 days at 75 to 85 F. Plant seeds 1/4 of an inch deep with 18 inches between plants and 24 inches between rows.
They don't look ripe to me.

hmm should be okay i think thats zone 5....ish
but before i left ontario it was really fucking humid... and i left in early august.

the first pic, and second pic look like they should be done soon if not now hard ot tell unless i can touch them

the other 3 i dont think will pan out
it is possible the very last photo may pan out unless it gets too cold too quickly

it says they take 80 days to harvest

heres some good info on them http://www.seedaholic.com/aubergine-rosa-bianca.html

the black spot could be a bug. The brown scab just looks like a stretch mark. Heirlooms grow funky there's a reason why you hardly ever see them in a supermarket. Save some seeds for next year. if you say pretty please and ask sunni for a good recipe she might give you one or ten.

they should be firm but not like hard firm... they should be firm enough that you can eat them without a fork and knife ..they should also smell right
if they have like NO smell its unripe ..
