yo whats up guys, i just wanted to see who else lifts weight, post your weight and how much you can bench and shit

i weigh 189 and can bench 350 prob more havent tried

Wait...are you saying you haven't tried weight lifting, but assume you could bench over 350?

I did weight lifting in high school 154 weight class my split jerk was 275 and bench kinda sucked it was like 220

yea, i cant lift 350 more then like 3 or 4 times but shit i can do it lol, i usually dont work out with that much weight just a couple 25 pounders do a bunch of different excercises

Now I know you are full of it... High Rep Low Weight does not equate to you being able to bench 350, especially since you said you weigh 189.
I am a personal trainer, and while I might not be Mr. Universe or whatever, I know my shit.
