We Are Winning This War

Anyone else notice the graph looks like a fish? Heh anyways, I think anon should hi-jack the superbowl for 10 minutes and show the beginning of the movie, "The Union." Something like that.

Don't see that we are winning at all . Not on a federal level and many states are still not open to discussion about it unless you want to get laughed at . We need more credible info out there and credible people too .

One of the biggest problems we have. Is the fact that people can lose thier jobs for even wispering of reforming mj. Which is why there is no real ability to even publicly debating anything. But for me I'm no longer afraid.

It is a slap in the face to those who demand to at least discuss reform and the idea of legalization. He said he would discuss the top question and blew it off. In the 2012 summit of the Americas, he blew off the idea of even discussion of it. I consider myself a liberal and my political leanings in regards to social issues are very libertarian while my fiscal issues lean to the left and liberal side. I would like to vote for Obama but I cannot as he is a hypocrite and I am disgusted by the hypocrisy of his administration.

Sad to say we are not winning this war in any significant manner, at the federal level in my opinion. Obama said he would leave the states alone but he started going after dispensaries again and we are seeing the lies. It is wrong to think so when we see that the current administration lied to us and we see people who are not harming anyone being imprisoned there is no evidence we are winning this war. If we take it to the states we will win some battles, but until the federal government says it is OK, we are not winning the war. The states may shove-off to the Federal Government until the highway funds go away and they need more money for various programs. The purse strings are just puppet strings for the states to be led by.

We might be winning the war in states out West but for the majority of the country, we are losing. The recent raids on Oaksterdam seem to be an indication that we will not see legalization and we are not winning the war on prohibition.

I just want to state that I am a huge fan of the Young Turks and I enjoy their videos. Either way their facts are correct in my opinion with regard to the current Obama administration and the future outlook of this aspect of the culture war.

Needless to say that an administration under President Romney would be worse for us in my opinion or at least as bad. I think Obama is trying to appear tough on drugs and that is why he raided the dispensaries and Oaksterdam University in order to gather some conservative votes which might not be decided. The outlook is bad for us.

Baloney,,,,the only way pot will be legalized is by the people for the people,,,,,Have pot clubs in every city,,, in the U.S.,,,,have membership dues say 5 dollars a month,,,,What are they going to do arrest 100,000 people at 1 time?? Not hardly....,,,Call the national guard??? and do what,,,,, turn their weapons on tax payers that helped pay for them,,,People are not going to shoot their own.. There is more pot smokers in the Miltary than civilian life,,,,,why??? they can afford it..

Actions speak louder than words,,,,,,have mj clubs ,,,have small dues for functions wanting to be put on ,,,,or travel to another city by bus to re-enforce other groups if they are small in numbers..

Have you started a "Pot" club in your city? What city are you in?

So how would you go about starting a "pot club"? Seems to me that you would probably get arrested the first time you tried to advertise or promote it. Sounds like a great idea if you could figure out a way to pull it off, just don't see how you would go about it and stay out of trouble. I wish that there was some way that all marijuana users could stand up and defend their rights as a huge segment of U.S. population. It's just so hard to motivate and organize pot heads...or am I wrong?

I have shouted this from the rooftops for years and years. The gov is behind them as they tax both and it is a lot of revenue. It will take something like a tax stamp for each plant grown to ever come close to making it worth the gov time.

They will never just let us grow and dist without them getting a tracealbe cut.
