We Are Winning This War

I believe that we are winning the war aginst MJ. What I base my opinion on is the futile attempts to supress all the positive. They only tell their horror stories. They also are attacking sick people. They are testing our resolve. We need to collectively stand and shout with one voice. We will not bow to your will. You will bow to us. 2012 it is our year.

I hope you are right. RMLW and RCP both on the ballot, I hope. I plan to vote for both.

The only negative thing I can say is that Prop 19 was polling at about 60% support before the election, just like RMLW is now, and the rest is history.

big pharma and alcohol will make sure MMJ is not legalized until they have their hands in there somewhere, hope for decriminalization first.

i wonder how high the % of yes, is now, 2 years later.

interestingly, the reagan years of heavy extreme propaganda only made the no´s climb 6% (and they had all the media, including comics..)

thats only 20% gain for the yes though, in 20 years..

it depends alot on just who those no´s are though, how long this is going to take, some of those, well, we might have to wait for them to die.

and they usually have more money (more freedom to talk and do as they please and force it upon others :))

I think its simple as L.E.O. needs a replacement of the forfiture funds. As the fed and states cut Leo funds they are struggling to keep their jobs. When we can move moneys to them its all over. We have a ballot init. For a constitutional amendment here in Michigan. It will make it a violation of constitutional rights to prohibit mj for any reason. Understand how many probation oficers will be out of work. How many cops go on the street.and then you get to prisons. Just my opinion. I feel if we can get them paid they're not going to bite the hand that feeds them. Which is the only reason I know that keeps proabition around.

Those petitions didn't work. There is a legit ballot initiative to amend the Michigan state constitution. I will sign that one so we can get the people to vote it in. No need to beg politicians who will do nothing. They get too much money to keep it illegal so it has to be of the people.

Yes I do believe. I also know its been a long hard struggle. We just have to keep getting the facts out there. We just need to prove that we are not crimnals to regular people. Winning the hearts and minds one voter at a time.

Based on what I see in that graph, is something happend in the late 90's early 2000's, and it wasn't Norml.

It's just the internet guys, people like you and me talking about the bullshit in this world that has spread real awareness of cannabis. Norml has just been taking you money for 40 years.

THIS is what has spread cannabis awareness. Don't give credit to hack organizations that have had minimal effect. My graph explains why the sudden change in opinion in the late 90's early 2000's.

I doubt it will happen any time soon . If 1 million people went to Washington after Obama refused to acknowledge the 110 callers the other day , then maybe we'd be recognized . Other than something lage scale I doubt it .
