So I am no longer doing the cow. I went super soil, my mix. I let it cook for a month (cook meaning left alone composting) stirred it and let it sit for for another month. results are good watered three weeks ago. They look fine.

We need to start a thread for us Maine growers if there already isnt one....this climate and season changes we live in require a bit of dif. growing stlyles than the lower zones.
