I have been told that you can call in the prepaid cards. Not for sure though. I'm sure there is more than a few American seedbanks but they would not last long telling people on here. As for Canada I have had 100% success with Hemp Depot, although you will wait between 2 and 6 weeks for your order.

As far as I know, what you have to do is go through the steps to make the card refillable/permanent, and then you can use it for overseas. This has been the process for me in the past. There are maybe a couple USA seed companies that you can order directly from, but I am not aware of any USAmerican seed banks. British Columbia, on the other hand, is an entirely different story, as some good google searching will easily reveal.

i just dont wanna google a bank, order and get my money taken.
If you really want to ensure you don't end up losing your money, then go through the necessary steps to order from a company like the attitude, or a similarly reputable bank. I don't know of any non-overseas banks with similar reputations, and I have definitely used prepaid refillable cards there.

the problem wit that is u buying let's sey wallmart green dot , and what u get at the counter is temporary card and u can use it only if u can swipe it like in a stores or on a gas stetions , and to do online shopping they send u a legit one and u can use it like a normal debit card u can shop online or use it at the atm's but it took them a month to sent me one and unless this kid don't mind the wait yea he can do that.

X2 for hemp depot, I pay cash for a international money order and have been 100 percent satisfied.

I ordered from Dr Greenthumb and recieved my seeds as advertised. They were relatively easy to contact by phone as well. I just didn't care for the strain I happened to order...

I think we will see a USA Seed bank in a few years.

If a breeder sells a pack for $50 the seed banks will charge $100. I can see seed banks making 30% but to take 50% is crazy!
I believe in a couple years the price of seeds will go down and we will have a USA seed bank once pot goes legal. Growers and smokers are spreading all over like wild fire! They can't stop it!

I highly doubt they'll have a seed bank in the U.S. at least not till something happens with the dea. I know I wouldn't start one I enjoy my freedom too much to break the law in front of the dea especially when you need to use usps.

There are already ceed vendors in the USA, but for obvious reasons, they are fairly discrete about it, and you're not going to find a big website with their wares on it.

Note that these aren't the same thing as true seed banks that stock a wide variety of lines from different breeders, but they're out there.

Also, right now you can walk into a variety of dispensaries in CO and walk out with seeds. They may not have a great selection, and prices may not be great, but it is possible to get them.

Plenty of CA dispensaries have seeds too. EG, Harborside in Oakland has a limited number of brands, but still offers 30+ types of ceeds, including some from Cali Connection and CBD Crew.

As you say, I don't think a "true" seed bank, say the equivalent of Attitude with a big fancy web store, 50+ different brands and several hundred strains can exist until Federal cannabis law is changed. It probably will happen eventually, but I wouldn't hold my breath for FEDERAL reform of cannabis law for at least 5-10 years.

Greenthumb is good he's just not the best with customer service & can be a major prick . His endless sky was Bunk as fuck too tbh. I like Herbies & TBB Seed Co. (The Baddest Bitches Seed Co.) TBB is U.S based as well & They're good peeps & easy to work with & order from
