They can afford to do it because the majority of orders are still going through fine. Opting out of the insurance is a choice, if they guaranteed all orders regardless than no one would pay extra and the seed prices would go up. I dont mean to minimize your loss which Im sure feels shitty, but I dont think it is "unethical" of them.

Well I for one don't feel bad for this guy. He is a complete imbecile for thinking a seedbank should give out a disclaimer that "seeds might not make through customs." What an idiot. Of course your seeds might not make it bro, there are a large group of individuals whose SOLE JOB is to prevent illegal substances (your seeds) from entering this country.

Fuck that guy. His mentality is shit and I can't stand dumbasses like him. And like Bustin said, stealth shipping is an option...you don't buy it, you don't get it. And the percentage of failed orders to successful ones is extremely low.
There are THOUSANDS OF PEOPLE that order from Attitude, and when you count the number of unique usernames, assuming they aren't the same people with multiple accounts, that have complained, that number is less than 30.

I hope you never get an order to go through just for making the suggestion of cancelling your cc payment, all because you can't use common sense.

I think See4 is one of few people here with a legitimate complaint. But you sir, you need to stick to bag seed.

I don't agree that it is a small number that is being confiscated. Looking around it is plain to see that there is a common thread concerning Chicago customs and the 'tude. Understanding that the whole undertaking is risky. Chicago seizures have been off the charts compared to the usual hit and miss still being felt at the other 2 ports. My personal experience is 3 straight 'tude orders taken. 2 orders from a different vendor received. Both originating UK. I will not give up on them. Its not their fault. If it affects their business enough they will introduce changes. Until then I will introduce my own changes and bypass Chicago.

I haven't had any problems with Attitude but I have read several links on the forum about people not getting their seeds. This is how I look at it I would rather pay a little extra and buy the guarantee. If you spent $200 for seeds with no guarantee you would just be fucked if they get snagged at least for the extra amount you pay for their guarantee you will eventually get your seeds and only be out the extra for the insurance you bought.

Plus if every order was guaranteed delivery there would be a lot of people claiming they didn't receive seeds just so they could get more for free.

I had two orders confiscated one from The Attitude and one from Original Sensible Seeds. The attitude reshipped since I am a good customer, OSS offered a discount on next order. Second shipmt. from The Attitude made it fine.

You do Realize that you can't just claim you didn't get them you have to have Proof!!! Either the Tape, Letter or something They aren't stupid.

I lost my order, got nothing but their stupid crush proof tin. The genius sender left ONE LETTER for a signature. I emailed them explaining the problem, they asked me to send pictures. After sending the pictures and them getting my hopes up I get a response email saying they won't be refunding my money because I didn't buy their stupid shirt. It was 100% there fault I lost my money and they are refusing to refund it. In my eyes that is a scam.

Really? You really want to involve your bank in this transaction?
Even if you had paid for a guarantee, that would still be an epic fail.
Personally, I'm no fan of the attitude, as they have now screwed me out of two limited drops and had to send me seeds I didn't want (and did not get to pick, even) instead.
But buying from any seed bank is a gamble on YOUR part, not theirs. If you really feel that their stealth was to blame, then just move on to another seed bank. There's like a dozen reputable ones. Some have better stealth, some have worse. However, if you're gonna be all butthurt if customs takes your seeds, then get the guarantee. It is there for a reason.

not only that but him disputing his cc now he's putting it in the open of the public official's that he is buying seeds lol a very very poor move. you my friend I would not want to be I would rather have my packages intercepted multiple times. At some point I'll get my beans is the way I look at it. Be Smart when you Order people it's not that Hard to do it Correctly.

I placed an order..mainly to test these claims and bc a much wanted strain was back in stock lol. It came in with np, 8 days since the day they shipped. Oh and that is the same for my past/previous 12 orders, they ALL came with NO PROBLEM, okay except the one that got lost in transit somewhere in NY/NJ during Hurricane Sandy, but they were quickly replaced by the Tude! Nothing has changed if you ask me, could this all be a marketing scheme against attitude? It makes ya wonder!

You do realize that it is still illegal and if your too cheap to buy the guarantee then I don't want to hear someone whining and crying because they didn't get their seeds.

LoL you got it all backwards bro I always buy my Guarentee & you won't find one thread about me whining about not getting seeds LoL, honestly I laugh my ass off that he stupid people who do bc they aren't smart about ordering. Just Pay the Extra 10-20 bucks get your Guarantee it'll work out at some point.

yeah, i think you might have quoted the wrong person or something m8, as i was thinking the same thing as shockor when i was reading your reply as he pretty much was saying the same thing you did m8..

looks like #4 of my packages is on it's way finally after sitting 10 days in customs so we'll see how this one goes, first 3 came good & quick all beans, so hopefully tomorrows mail will have a good Delivery & no dang green tape lol

You guys are paranoid. I disputed a charge with my cc company, I got no problem doing it.

They got my order a couple months ago. I had the shirt so they reshipped to same address a week later no problem but I did loose my free seed choice.
