Trying to find a bulb for my ballast! [Help!]

Ok so i have a LuxCore electronic ballast. its a 250 watt ballast. My problem is finding a bulb that will work with it. I don't want to buy a bulb that is incompatible with this ballast, because i know the electronic ones are a little different than the standard magnetic ones.

Im trying to find a HPS conversion bulb so i can run a HPS bulb in my MH ballast. Do i need to know the ANSI code or something to get a compatible bulb?

so, to make sure you understand my dilemma... heres a summary of what im blabbering about.
1) i need to find a bulb to convert my MH ballast, to HPS. (i found one!!! http://www.plantlightinghydroponics.com/eye-220w-hps-conversion-bulb-p-88.html)
2) I need to find out if my ballast is M58? According to the description for the bulb i found, it works in a m58 ballast...
3) So will this work on my electronic or "e" ballast??

If you were wondering...why the bulb on that link says 220 watts instead of 250 its because you lose some wattage by using the conversion bulbs.. idk why its just how it is and i can accept that over buying a new ballast!

No it does not make sense. You can get Mh as low as 30w. All E ballasts are not the same. Some are pulse start.
Check the ballast over carefully if it will take an M58 you will find M58 imprinted on the ballast somewhere. The label will at least have a model number you can lookup on the manufacturer's website.

LUXCORE Digital Ballast, 250 Watts, Model 1303 will use both HPS/MH

I called the manufacturer, he said electronic ballasts will take almost any lamp. Im curious where you read it will use both MH/HPS though, where did you find that? Is it possible i may not even need a conversion bulb for this electronic ballast? i know they are a newer technology so just want to make sure before i drop $50 on a conversion bulb. +rep for your help also man i really appreciate you taking the time!
