TRIMMERS

That's because it wasn't cleaned properly. A well maintained trimmer will make the buds look as clean as a shaved vagina :P A dirty trimmer will rip leaves off instead of the blade cutting them.

There's a certain look to machine trimmed bud vs hand trimming.
Which trimmer are you talking about? Are you generally speaking? On the twister we still had to clean the buds up after a run. I see retail buds that look like they just came out of the trim machine. People don't complain. Maybe its a personal preference. But I like my buds naked.

I don't want my buds looking like no dam vagina neither.

Generally speaking. If the trimmer is tilted too much or your are pushing too much through it'll trim like crap. If you don't clean off all the resin on the tumbler the leaves will catch on it. You just have to find the right work flow for each machine. The best reviews I've had from customers have been from the Tumbleweed machine (the Samurai is Tumbleweed but is/was resold by AN.)

Your customers mention the trim job more when you use that Samurai trimmer? I looked it up on google and looks like people agree with you. I couldn't see anyones results the picture quality isn't that good and the Remo video was too blurry. If you know of a pic I would love to see how well that one does. Isnt there anything newer than the samurai that does a really good job? You younger weed growers come up with all sorts of shit nowadays.

after running a few lbs(about 30lbs wet) thru my Shearline 2.0, I have come to a few conclusions...keep a spray bottle of water to moisten the barrel/brush...my bench grinder with the brass wire wheel helps when the blades need cleaned...if your trimmed product is shaggy, adjust the exit end with a paint stick or 2....it takes a few times to figure it out in "your" situation...but once ya figure it the next time is easier to set up....hth

I just watched a review of this trimmer. From what i found the Shearline 1.0 is 9000$ and comes with a hopper. The Shearline 2.0 comes in much cheaper at 6500$ much smaller and minus the hopper.

Update with what you got and what you paid?

How did your bud look after drying? I recently used a TrimPro, and while I was happy getting my trimming over in a couple days by myself, I wasn't happy with the finished look of the bud. Just looked dull. No "hair" or much sugar showing. It was wiped off by the leather strips.

I'm looking for a trimmer, and I'm leaning towards the Shearline 2.0. But since I can't rent one to try it out, I'm hesitant to spend that money.
