TRIMMERS

I never liked the machine trim. People always have to go over it to make it look good. Machine quality is noticeably worse. Thats how I feel about it.

That's because it wasn't cleaned properly. A well maintained trimmer will make the buds look as clean as a shaved vagina :P A dirty trimmer will rip leaves off instead of the blade cutting them.

There's a certain look to machine trimmed bud vs hand trimming.

We all know you can't NEVER underestimate the benefits and peace that comes of a happy wife. Or a shaved wife for that matter.
And you didn't even have to buy her anything like diamonds or clothes lol

well...after a couple hours on this machine, I'd say its well worth the money...it took a bit to understand how it all ties in, and a few lessons learned...but the end results speak for themselves...;))

How well does it handle a Squirrel. I have the hardest time giving them a haircut. with the biting and scratching and all.
Toss one in Mojo.....we got NO deal with the Squirrels

This is the only one I could find of it. Its the same build (different company although the Shearline owner started Centurion originally) as this one http://www.shearline.com/#!shearline-original-20/cm8l that's Mojo is talking about.

One thing about the trimmers. You have to keep the tumbler tube clear and free of residue build up on the slotted ovals as that causes the leaves to catch and then either not got cut properly or they tear off. While trimming you can use water or hemp oil to spay the tumbler to keep things from sticking. I believe Twister sell their hemp oil as their non stick spray. I use to just tell customers to go to IGA which sold hemp oil.

I was thinking of getting sheep shearers and having every second tooth machined out so use them to take off most of the leaves.

I get 4 friends together...we all hand buck/destalk the buds until we have 2 baskets...then I run the machine while they try to keep up...very easy on my back and hands...thankx again Canna!!

shit eh, i really dont want to sit there spraying the damn thing. The whole idea is to have it destalked then dump it in the trimmers fabric hopper then watch the beauty come out the other end.

mojo, from destalked bud to fully trimmed...how many lbs per hour? i only run 8lights but still might want to invest in a greenhouse one day :)

Well there are no magical non stick barrels/cutters out there. There's nothing you can do about resin build up on the trimmers parts.

When the big trimmers like Tumbleweed (Advanced licensed it as the Samurai) came on the market growers were basically removing half of their trim crew and doing it in 1/2 the time. Now the smart growers would gradually reduce their trimmers and not dump 1/2 of them and create a security risk from pissed of trimmers.

didn't weigh them...but we took all the main cola's from 12 6ftx6ft plants...filled 18 baskets in 6 hours...from plant to dry room...still have those 12 to finish in a week or when the weather closes me out...also have 2 7.5 afgani's that probably won't finish, but I'm hoping...cheers

They have to be cleaned....often...to fucking often! Cleaning them is the only good part about using them.

No best part getting a dirty one coming back with like 2 2kg containers of nice trim/trichomes you get to collect out of it and the big fat fridge magnet size strip of hash that use to collect on the bottom of the Reel Pro second static blade.
