Trafficking

So on Thursday I was driving from NYC to Asheville, NC. Me and one of my good friends were going down to visit someone. We had a quarter of sweet gum and a quarter of Orange Kush with us for the ride down. We had just got over the border into NC on 85 south and had already burned through about half our pot. At this point my buddy was driving and I was the passenger. He went to pass a truck and sped up and as soon as he did boom there was a cop in the center median looking right at us going by doing 73 in a 65 and out he comes. No more than a half mile is another cop on the right. They are both Sheriffs which seemed strange cause you usually only see Highway Patrol or State Police on the interstate. So they pull us, and he says you were speeding blah blah and pulls my buddy out and puts him in patrol car. When he comes back to the car and knocks on the window the first thing he asks me is where is the weed. I told him I didnt know what he was talking about and then he pointed out a little tiny flake of bud on my shirt that must of fell out of the last joint we smoked. Whoops. That must be dirt. No its not dirt im not supid he says. Step out of the car. So he searches me all up in my junk, and ass, and shoes and hat. Then they sit me in the shade by the trees on the side of the road. They then procede to search the car HARDCORE. I mean they were checking the engine, under the car, took tools out and were opening door panels and trunk compartments. It was crazy, in the end they found our pot in the barbesol can safe. Those things don't work. But the whole thing had me wondering. How much pot is moving up and down our highways. Have any of you ever moved large amounts in a vehicle? It must be a crazy high to be driving with that. I think I could do it. They ended up taking out pot and giving us a ticket and sending us on our way. I wonder if they got their big bust that day? I want to hear more stories about trafficking large amounts! Who has done it? Was it worth it? Was it fun? Scary? How did you do it? bongsmilie

I moved a couple ounces of coke from manitoba to alberta once, made $500 for it. On the way there it was pretty scary and on the way back it was just as bad because I had so much money on me that if a cop pulled me over they'd probably confiscate it and I'd be screwed with the guy who gave me the coke

I was grinding my teeth both ways, if it was pot I wouldn't mind so much, but it was not fun. We kept it in a triscut box with the triscuts on top.

I wasn't busted but I got pulled over twice in about 2 weeks...in the same area...right after hotboxing my car with 3 other friends. The first time I was speeding (68 in a 55, whoops.) I rolled the windows down before the cop even pulled a u-turn (country roads and he was going the other way) and just prayed for the best. Between the 4 of us we had probably damn near an ounce so I was worried about the whole felony or misdemeanor thing, not to mention we were all under 21 and had a backpack full of alcohol as well. I acted as calm as possible (dont forget I was stoned out of my mind) and the guy let me go with a warning, which I was kind of surprised about since it was 4 college kids speeding and everything, not even a mention or anything about weed, guess we aired it out well enough when we rolled all the windows down.

Couple weeks later I am driving through the same area, with the same 3 buddies, but this time at night. We had made the little trek to go to a BurgerVille, it was the closest one to our campus, about 35 minutes away. After we ate we hot boxed my car and proceeded on our way home. Not too long after we finished smoking from a little bowl we brought BAM! there are lights, I didn't even see the cop car. I wasn't speeding or anything, I was making sure to drive as well as I could since I had just got pulled over in that area a little bit ago. My buddy had put his bowl in my glovebox and luckily, right before one of the cops shined his flashlight in my car, I remembered it was in there and told my buddy to take it out before I was asked for my registration and all that! I was positive we were going to get searched, how could I get out of things like this 2 times in a row and so close together? I rolled through a stop sign that I really didn't even see, explained to the cop that I didn't see the stop sign. Got a warning again and was once again surprised to not get checked for even DUI since we were 4 college kids driving together at night through another college town on a Thursday night.

Definitely some nervous times for me being the driver both times, but I was lucky each time, let's hope the third time isn't a charm for the coppers! Better yet, let's hope that there isn't a third time!

When I know I will be traveling with large amounts of cash this is what I do. I always look for a hot rod in the price range in the place I am going to. I email or call and say I will be by, I take care of business than go check out the car and say it's not what I'm looking for and go home with all my cash. If I get stopped and they find the cash I just tell them why I have it and I buy and sell cars. Give them the guys name where I look at the car and your on your way.

yea, NC cops are extremely dicks
Why, because they pulled him over because HE was speeding. Because they searched his car because HE had weed? Turns out they were right, THEY DID HAVE WEED. Cops are dicks everywhere. DON'T BREAK THE FUCKING LAW AND THEY WON'T BE DICKS. And just FYI, I addressed this on another thread, but I've been let go in NC for possession as many times as I've been cited for it. Haha, such a dumb statement when people say cops are dicks at such and such state. There are just as many, if not more nice ones than there are bad ones. Lived there 20 years, had many run-ins growing up there. They are not all bad. The reasons cops are dicks is they put up with bullshit motherfuckers everyday, all while they are protecting YOUR ass. Shit, cops are dicks in NC? You know how many rednecks live in New York? Quite a few. I lived in Suffern for a while, and I've seen more than one rebel flag flying in Rockland County.

They were actually pretty cool. Just doing their job. They don't make the laws.

Asheville is amazing, I would love to move there full time. The drive sucks from where I'm at, but I LOVE the town, and the mountains.

Man thats crazy, I couldnt imagine doing it, but it seems like it would be really exhilarating to do it successfully

I like this Idea, they were asking us if we had more than 5,000 on us. So I guess thats the number that becomes suspicious.

Yeah, they weren't dicks. I was breaking the law which I think is BS.. but thats a debate for another thread.. They were pretty cool and laid back. We were straight up with them and said we just had a little bit, we were heading to the mountains to camp and wanted to bring a few joints with us. They said thats fine, they just wanted to make sure we didnt have pounds and we would be on our way.
