topped mutant plant.

hey, just looking for some other growers opinions on one of my plants growth.

it began forming wrinkly curled, and twisted leaves on its 2-3 week of veg.
at first i thought root, or ph problems, but nothing has worked getting it to look "normal"

but, when the time comes to top it, one half of the plant continues to grow mutated while the other half began growing normal. it's now in flower. she's one of the six girls i got from bagseed. ill have to get some pictures while they're awake tomorrow.

i used the top as a clone for a possible mother depending on quality tests and she also got topped, but didnt spit into normal and mutated leaves, 100% mutation.

so should i take a clone from the normal looking side.
and if this is a disease , virus, or just unstable genetics?

Well it's one female out of six. I was going to see how the bud would turn out. I can't even find pictures close to this weirdo plant.

Should I clone the other normal looking side. The funked up side is already rooted. Could the bud be different qualities or would they be about the same since it is from the same plant.

That is crazy looking ....those leafs barely even resemble a cannabis leaf on that plant .......you live near a nuclear power plant by any chance lol ......well it will be neat to see what happends at the end .....watch that mutant side produce bud so strong you piss your pants and forget your name for 30 minutes .......

Plants dont like to be called mutant, its called a deformity! Midgets/ little ppl, same concept.

Haha no. No nuclear radiation anywhere around here. Perhaps near the place they were grown. This trait was in another one of the bag seeds but eventually she grew out of it.

At first I thought heat/ too close to light but it could just be wacky genetics or some form of stress.

i think its genetics. it's been doing this since it spouted. i thought it was weird though to see that once it was topped, one half grew all wonky as it has been while the other half began growing normal

id say the strange growth is from ph being off and it looks to be heat stress. and possibly root bound? id check all of those variables.

Most likely a virus take the curled part of and trash it don't clone a diseased plant because all the clones will have it and it's spread by insects or a pair of scissors. what soil are they growing in? If it were me I would trash the whole set up and start fresh soil and plants fighting that shit is almost futile.
