Sorry man. I really am. Its just I NEVER ordered from Attitude, I've ordered from Nirvana and drove to Canada to purchase my seeds in the past. After reading the reviews of attitude I figured I could offer some credit card advice for those using their personal CC. Personally I LOVE the Jan promo and I will be ordering in the morning.
What do you mean bad advice? If a company screws you over, the advice given is one of a few good pieces of legal protection you have against fraud. It's damned good advice. From many responses and threads it's quite clear that few seem to understand their consumer rights, for a bunch of adults it's rather pathetic to behold. You pay for something that never arrives, you contact your bank and you get your money back, sounds like a real bad idea to me

OK so say your the most unlucky mother fucker on the planet, and the seed bank sends you seeds and it keeps getting intersected and confiscated by customs,that the seed bank should keep sending you the seeds untill you get them??????????

The seedbank then has a contract with the postal services, if they do not deliver, the seedbank get's the compensation from the postal service. Have you never considered what guaranteed shipping means?

Being seized by customs is a different issue entirely, the package is still posted and delivered, minus the seeds. That's entirely different from the package not being delivered.
