To medicate or to get stoned.........come on fess up

To start off with I know pot is great for many medical problems. Im not argueing that. If you ever been even remotely around pot you will know that it is a type of medication. With that said LOL..........

I hear it all the time IM GOING TO MEDICATE MYSELF..........like I said im not argueing that......its for real........BUT

How many ppl here actually only use pot for medication and how many do it to get fucked up and high....

I been smokeing pot for what around 47 years and I do it to get HIGH AS FUCK.....the side benefits of sleeping well and an old mans aches and pains probley benefit from it but I do it to get HIGH not medicate and I never ever use the term medicate unless teasing

i just smoke to get stoned.but if at the same time i benefit from the wonderful medicinal qualitys of cannabis,then great.

I consider it medication for the physical relaxing effect I get from it. The high, stoned effect is just a bonus for me

Feeling good about yourself is priceless, though not obvious sometimes ..
besides pot has always been more reliable than prescription meds (ritalin, wellbutrin, clonazepam)

i only smoke for the shear pleasure of getting stoned...how ever,im stoned from wake-n-bake til nighty night so i may be one fucked up dude if i ever should find myself out of weed and completely sober, (only in lock-up,lol) but for now its for PLEASURE!!

I medicate when I really need it, but I don't use the term "medicate" I still say i'm getting high. lol @ people medicating on youtube.

Being 22, and in great health it seems I use to it to get high but about 90% of the time its preventing or helping treat my migraines. I don't say medicate either.

Smoking bud does help with my back problems but I started smoking before the back pain so I guess I smoke to get high.

i use it to get high, but i am an alcoholic and try my best to use it as much as possible as i dont drink then. mainly to help with sleep and manic disorder. but yea, i like being high.....speaking of which....

I like getting high.

Would be interesting to see this poll strictly in med states, then find out how many people went to a doctor and told them they get depressed when they run out of weed, or that they got a headache last week and need a script compared to how many legitimately use it for real problems like AIDs and cancer.

P.S. depression is not a real problem.

its not about both.......ppl saying they medicate........vs getting high..............do you really medicate I guess...............would you use pot if it didnt heal but just got you high.

I smoke to get high, that being said, if i am not high i can not eat, i have a hell of a time sleeping, and my anxiety gets way out of control quick.
I use it medically for my wife, if im high, i don't beat her! J/K!
