i too mensa qualified in the 180s, big fucking deal. I dont go around stating the fact to support my position. I use facts and the law, or the lack their of to prove my points. I dont need to whip out 8 inches of big cock to prove i have a big dick bob.

Thats between me and the woman i am with, just as my medical care is between my Dr and I, that is IF i think a Dr is qualified enough for me to allow them to "Practice" on me.

well, with 200 being the highest score that's pretty good there.

High IQ & Genius IQ

Genius or near-genius IQ is considered to start around 140 to 145. Less than 1/4 of 1 percent fall into this category. Here are some common designations on the IQ scale:

115-124 - Above average
125-134 - Gifted
135-144 - Very gifted
145-164 - Genius
165-179 - High genius
180-200 - Highest genius

I'm a 155 when I was tested in 11th grade so, maybe I lost a few points from then to now but, hell I'm still very gifted at least ;)
Most jobs I interviewed for after I became known in my field, required a psyhc test and IQ test, along with a drug test..before any offer was made. I never felt that that was a violation of my rights...since some guy was looking to let me run his $500,000,.000 company...figured he had the right to know the guy he hired wasn't psycho or stupid.

Big fucking deal. Give me that and 5 bucks and I MAY Be able to buy a happy meal.

I fully understand where the bills are in the system. And that they were greatly improved in favor of patients, before being moved to the next stage. And I never take pleasure in anyone getting arrested. But I haven't seen that innocent victim go to jail yet..as you seem to think happens all the time. I've seen some iffy arrests..mostly within days of the law being passed...and I see the courts using these cases to improve the law...I also see most of these people will be found 'not guilty" in the end, or guilty of a minor infraction. But to think no one should ever be arrested is simply foolish.

I've said it a million times...show me the true innocent that is being persecuted, ...and I'll help pay for his defense.
You have been shown plenty of unjust cases. See on one end you relish in these peoples arrest , then on another end you say most will be found not guilty (as they should). Yet you say you dont see why they have a problem with being arrested, having possessions being seized, houses being taken, equipment destroyed, etc etc. How dare they bitch about such a petty INCONVENIENCE. Please do not make me have to start pulling up your bullshit past posts because you know what is there.

Edited to add man you make it hard to ignore you.

You are making stuff up again. Who lost a home? The majority of cases with destroyed equipment, or Plants or finished product destroyed..have been compensated for their stuff..by court order.

Again..show me the case where the person did nothing that would cause an arrest..Please?

So the ones that have been compensated by court order. Were those justified arrests and forfeitures?

So it is ok and the law is working if they can arrest you instead of just checking your card, plant counts etc? Why does the law say you will not be arrested? If someone is ruled to get their stuff back, which you agree with, then they were in compliance and should not have been arrested.

The people arrested WERE in apparent violation of plant counts, weight, security of facilities..and some such as King..Didn't have a card..just fresh paperwork..and a grow that hd been going for months.

Like I said..show me the case where someone had a locked secured grow room, was under or at count and weight, and I'll agree with you that that was unjust.

And no..they got their stuff back because although they were not in compliance, the judge ruled that they were acting within the"intent" of the law.

So that must be what King is being charged with then right, fresh paperwork and a grow that was going for months? Never mind that it takes the state 5 to 7 months to print a fucking card. If your gonna argue no roof then you might be onto something. Not that it is right but at least better than FRESH PAPERWORK. What a joke.

King had not even applied for a certification until well after he was growing. He also had plants outdoors in plain sight, using a dog kennel that was easily lifted as an enclosure. The paperwork he had wasn't fresh state paperwork..it was a fresh Dr recommendation...clearly acquired after he had begun growing.

Yes..that is a justified arrest....especially so soon after the law was enacted

Ok. This is from the coa case on king

There is no dispute that defendant is a qualifying patient in possession of a valid registry card.2
The prosecution argues that defendant was not entitled to the protection of this statutory section
because he was not growing his marijuana plants in an enclosed, locked facility.

Here is the COA papers. Perhaps you can show me where you got your info. Perhaps you can show me anywhere it says what you claim.

Without me finding anything..you have just proven that the arrest WAS valid. Once you violate "locked and secure" you have lost your protection from arrest under section 4... Arrest valid.

And if he was a registered card holder,,,then section 8 does not apply.

regardless of how you wish to dance the dance, it IS a valid arrest...and now it's in court, and appears to be headed to a just outcome.

And your whole point is the validity of the arrest, isn't it?

You don't get both protections...simple as that....you choose to get a card and have immunity under section 4 (IF YOU ARE IN FULL COMPLIANCE) which King wasn't

OR

You get a dr letter, don't register for privacy reasons...which means you WILL be arrested if found. But then you are entitled to a pre trial hearing, at which time, if you DR letter is legit, the case will be dismissed.

The locked enclosed is the issue tool.... You mentioned it not me and you said this

I am not talking about anything else just that.

You do not know shit or you know alot and are not who you say you are. You get shown that you talk out your ass when it comes to the law, cases, the court rulings, everything to do with medical marijuana. Yet you preach how much everyone is a criminal and good they get busted and all that other shit. We do not need people like you on our side. If that were to be the case. Everyone can see it.

I know a lot, and I am who I say I am.

I did mention the enclosed locked facility..did you see the part about the dog kennel?
And king did not have a card at the time of arrest..just applied for one.
The courts have given him the benefit of the doubt in the time since the arrest.

So what do you wish to make as you point? The validity of the arrest, or semantics?

By your own admission, the arrest was valid....where is the injustice you scream of?

it was the OPINE the dog kennel was not legal. this is in the SC now to decide if it was or not.

Your and Bill Schuettes Opinions are as much law as my asshole is when im shitting out taco bell. Same with the CoA. the ONLY Time the CoA ruling is ratified as Law, is when the SC refuses to hear a case, or hears it and upholds the CoA ruling. otherwise, like most of your posts, they are just full of shit opinions.

My IQ level is irrelevant, its only an issue with you, because It was higher than yours. I qualified for Mensa if you must know, at 13. I refused to become indoctrined to the status quo of sheeple. You see my poor fool, I have a mind i use, not one i allow the government to abuse, like you do.
