to me it shows he was surrendering to the authorities "hands up, don't shoot" and his "reaching" for something would seem to be reaching for the stinging bullet holes riddled into his side, etc. so again, i am curious as to why the fbi would release this in the first place.
maybe the only thing that excluded the 350 shots were the well-prepared cops realized they were in each others cross fire.
Who can find the reverse racism in this post?

I am a bit nearsided and watched this just once on a computer monitor. HOWEVER....
Dont you think that people who have issues with the police have already enhanced and watched the video frame by frame? I mean, if there was any visible evidence that the police fired first dont you think there would already be video evidence on the internet showing such?
The cops were faced with possibly 3 armed suspects and I am not sure if the victim was the driver but I think he was left passenger side. Anyway, if you watch the video the car almost hits a trooper on the left side of the road block.
There are bad cops and bad shootings but this does not seem like one of them.
Yes exactly. Perfect example actually. What facts do you have to back that up? From what I see, the cops suck no matter who you are. Police abuse there power everyday to all walks of life. How about instead of black lives matter we have all lives matter.
