This girl just got her card!

So I have lots of questions, and the more I look online, the more confused I get.

About my grow room, where do my papers have to be, some people say posted on the outside of the door leading to my grow room, some say inside the grow room. What about in my car, how much can I have, where does it have to be? Is there any easy to understand rules and regulations for Michigan residents on medicinal cannabis?

Most of it seems to be up for interpretation. The laws and rules were written so vaguely that who knows in some cases. I think this was done intentionally so that if they target you,it's easier to get you on some technicality. Play it safe on the rules and don't push the boundaries would be my advise till things are better defined,if that ever happens.

congrats on finally getting the card and protection afforded by it. If you have any questions, feel free to ask me. No signage is required by law. It would be a benefit if you're raided to have it available outside of the grow room but not necessary. You are allowed to possess 2.5oz only, whether in your car, walking down the street, sitting in your house.

The rules are easy. Possess no more than 12 plants. Possess no more than 2.5oz of Dry marijuana. Keep your grow room locked and enclosed at all times and allow access to no one.

Congratulations! Now you're on their list.

I'm okay with being on such a list in Colorado, but with that republican paradise you live in? I don't know...

I hear you! I'm not stepping one toe outside the law here while being on that list. Law enforcement up here is dirty as fuck.

my paper work is next to the front door, with out opening my door they can see my paperwork thru the glass. there is a copy inside my grow room. i keep one copy in my truck, thats all i deal with, in case my hard card isnt good enough for anyone suspicious.
If i am carrying my 2.5 legal ounces, it is in the back of the truck under a door panel above the rear wheel, accessed by push in lock, not easily accessible by the driver,passenger.
I say this in the kindest word but keep your mouth shut and dont go blabbing you got your card, no parties with the crew and joints flying around the room. stay small stay legal and stay quiet and everything will be growing green!!

I wouldn't have any paperwork sitting out all it does is make people ask questions and tell them you grow pot. If the cops are in your house looking, then they better have a warrant.

Are you trying to insinuate that a majority of these lawyers, their political lobbies and the inequalities of their lawfare most face are part of the Republican political parties agenda

^^^ That meme in reality today represents no white men and no Republicans. Today with nearly half of our states having medicinal laws and ten percent having recreational laws, how do you justify/explain these Democrats currently responsible for maintaining this racket of arresting an American every 22 seconds for MJ? No accountability or understanding from low information voters such as yourself? Last year the DNC Chairwoman likened allowing medicinal dispensaries to a pill mill as she defeated Florida's attempt at establishing medicinal laws. A social conservative may not support MMJ for confused ethical/moral reasoning, but there is no question as to which political parties ideology literally banks on this game today.

Sorry it's a bit over the top. It happens in the michigan forum just enjoy the show. About what you should have on hand. Just the cards.That's what state licencing recommends. I wouldn't present a card without a warrant. Under grounds of self incrimination. If you show them, then you admit to it, giving them (leo) a legal search possibly a conviction. Make them get a warrant and it has to signed by a judge.
