December just happens to be the end of the year. This has nothing to do with taxes people pay into the fiscal year so they can get it back out with the tax return, nope that never happens. $260 for a single month means diddly shit when the rest of the year you spend an extra $Trillion over what you make.
People like you think its a great idea to mint a platinum coin worth a trillion to pay bills.
Isn't it obvious that the receipts in December are almost twice what they are normal months? December is the biggest spending month of the year.

Some useless number like that, and you call it positive? You know the Congress is required under the Constitution to produce a budget. Yet, they have not. Do you call that positive as well, partisans?

those resolutions are decidedly NOT a budget, this asshole hasn't passed a budget for the federal government since he was elected by the morons of America the FIRST time! ...so that's 4 years and counting since the federal government has had an actual budget, ...not since the good old days of Bush.
