I was laughing at the street value of that bust change depending on what news source I watched. First it was $800 a lb...the price went up as I changed the tv station...it ended up being $2000 a lb. I guess they just make it up as they go..lol. Stay safe...peace
They will learn, it is going to turn around and bite them in the ass...There is a guy that has a lawsuit against a PD in colorado right now, they raided his medical OP and said the street value of his plants was $30,000 each or something....he had around 10 plants, well now he is sueing them for around $300,000 in damages lol

lol...well good luck to him... I'm not sure about now, but any size plant used to be considered a pound. Thats crazy...the plant could be a seedling and to them it's a lb...lol.

Question for ya guys... the law states

"(i) Name, address, and date of birth of the qualifying patient. The address for the qualifying patient shall be a physical address located in this state. A qualifying patient who is homeless shall not be required to provide a physical address."

A P.O. Box is a physical address no? Or must a patient provide their address of residence? Thanks in advance if anyone has more info on this.

Alright, but a caregiver can use a P.O box correct? I will not have any other permanent address to use so I hope so.

I have an address on my license yes, but it is a relatives who I reside with part time and am trying to not inform him of my involvement in the program. If I absolutely have to, I guess I will have to take the chance, the envelopes do say confidential so I hope he would respect that and not open them.

yep but that red confidential just tempts people. that is your mailing address so its what they want.

could I put a forwarding request in for the post office to forward mail from that address to my p.o. box? That might work with good timing. Damn this sucks when you don't have a permanent address and don't want relatives to find out.

yea im not sure but that sounds possible, call em. hopefully they wont open your mail, it kinda looks like debt collection. (not that i know how those look)

I personally have 5 patients, for all of which I used a po box as a caregiver. I can't even tell you how many more "we" have as "coalition"... a few dozen I believe.
