I have no idea what im doing really.
mainlined c99 001.JPG I jus look at Nugbuckets pictures and try to make it look the same.
It is interesting to compare this mainlined C99 to the non mainlined C99.

Too much to do, not enough time!
So things are ok, not great, but ok.
Here are today's pics, I am at day 42 of veg/training, finely found the munch-er that was fking with CC/BBGA #1, big stoned caterpillar resting on a main stem. He must have been one stoned future butterfly, but he will never make it. He is compost food now.
Ok, so not getting the vigorous growth I have been getting but they look ok. been feeding every third day as the reservoirs have had solution in them till the third day, but today they we very dry. I will begin an ever other day feeding but I know there is still solution in the coir/perlite bedding.
Even though I chose shoots that were symmetrical a few plants are not playing by the rules and one shoot of the two shoots is growing like mad and the other is sort of sitting there. Hopefully those are the males, LOL.
No major problems, heat has been a little high mid 80's w/50% RH, need to switch to my new fan and filter, from four to six inch. That should pull more air from the house to the cabinet, let's hope anyway.

Left to right WW, C1 to C5

As always clockwise from 12, C1 thru C5 with WW in the middle.20140827_102518.jpg
Here is the worm damaged CC/BBGA it only seemed to chew on the oldest fan leaves, that is a good thing.20140827_102549.jpg

I hope to be going 12/12 within the next three weeks.

@Mohican the stem rub on the C99 mainlined smells like tomato plant. The stem rub on the non mainlined C99 smells like dog shit, much much much more skankier on non mainlined. Hey man thanks for you positive vibes// mainlining is kinda scary to perform. My non mainlined C99 looks a shit load better. Its like once you commit, your committed. like committed to the MAINLINER INSTiTUTION> lol... Mo u a skater, you got to be hip to Suicidal Tendencies.. that song Institutionalized..lol..lol, mom, all I wanted was a PEPSI!!!!!!!LOL
and @gr865 lookin real good man. nice strong branches! what does CCBBGA stand for?

@Dr.Amber Trichome - young plants can sometimes give off a stem rub that smells like the nutes. I used some manure based nutes on a batch of plants and the stem rub smelled straight shit! Later they became some of the best smelling plants I have grown.

I am more old school music wise - Stones, Supertramp, Genesis, Tom Petty, Bob Seger, Dr Hook, Beatles, The Who, Bebop Deluxe, Queen, Led Zeppelin, GNR, Nirvana, Foo Fighters, Alanis...

All my main-lined plants are flowering but i stuffed up by trimming too much so they stretch..oh well. Will post pics later. This has been a poor run at mainlining as opposed to my previous attempt where i did well. I broke a few stems which didnt heal properly (one branch looks like a broken arm that was operated on by a drunk surgeon) and didnt allow other branches form the way they should have. So i have uneven tops which is shit. Oh well trial and error. Less trimming of side branches and new growth, less time vegging and proper attention to detail needed, give myself a C-.

I let things grow out a little longer and leave more fans until I start getting pom pom flowers. Then I give her a brasil. This shifts all of the focus to the flowers.

.You mean like this,View attachment 3240921 what a fuck up that was. Trimmed way way too much

Not this grow, going to give um time and take little off. Live and learn!

Yep thats what i did. That outcome makes me so sad. The truth is i grew 2 plants too many for my space and was trying to make space when i started trimming. I also waited a week and half too long to switch lights, so the taller and bushier they got the more i trimmed. Every-time i looked down and the foliage that was building up i knew it wasn't right but i kept doing it.

Next grow i am just going to grow tow massive mainline plants instead of trying for 8 in different sized pots.

I got ahead of myself because my first attempt worked so well.

How much did you yield if you dont me asking?

This is one of the girls, THC Bomb. I should have kept one more growth node..oh well. Mid week 3. Explosive growth in the past few days:

And this is an Afghan #1 in week 7. I tried to mainline this in a weird way. Friend gave it to me after he let it veg for a month and it stretched a lot since he topped it as it only had two nodes! So i slowly did some lst where i swirled the stem and then started mainframing. Was a bit of a pain at first but once it settled it did ok. Again uneven tops but thats because of the way i did it.

I had the same problem in buckets. I changed to cloth pots (SmartPots) and got much better results.

I was able to get the buckets to work better by making bigger drain holes and stacking them in a second bucket.
Hey Buddy, please explain and show some pics if you would.
Thanks
