That is a white bucket painted green on the outside, inside the bucket is Perlite 100%, I grow in Hempy buckets.

Thanks! :) Its not toilet paper but tape to mend broken branches, i was just really stoned when i applied and was sloppy. But in my defense it was trick because of all the growth in the canopy!

I want to do my next grow in just perlite, any quicker? Yields?

Can't say quicker or bigger yields because I FK'ed up during both attempts. I broke stems left and right, I over pruned big time and I think I waited to long to harvest. I am now using a 50/50 GH Coco Coir/course Perlite, and at present it holds moisture better than the straight perlite and I believe I am getting better growth. I will be making my third cut to the Ladies (?) then a couple of weeks growth and I go 12/12.

What kind of lights do you use?
Mo, I am using the California Light Works SS400 LED have used it for my other grows also.
Great veg, OK flower. Not HPS but also not energy usage.
I have been thinking of trying a 250 W HPS, my cabinet is 30X36" I think a 250 would work, use it for flower only and use the LED for veg. CLW does make some fine lights.

Hey Cottee,
I am still trying to figure that out, LOL

I will follow Nugs tutorial more closely this run. Listen to too many talk about defoliation.

lol. I'm doing a trial run with 4 4cola plants. The rest I just left untopped. Wanted a little go before I committed two tents worth and fucked it all up lol just wondering y the need to trim so aggressively.

I was running this for a while:

Six Kessils on a spinner. I want to get six of the H380s with the veg and flower settings. 380 watts times six equals 2280 watts :)

Cheers,
Mo

Mo, I live in a not so friendly 420 state. So I have to watch power usage.
When I lived in Cal. I had a script, that was cool. Could not grow because of the job but had a very long time friend that was a grower in Humbolt. He had strains that he had been cloning for many yrs., from high in med properties to just down right sit you on your ass.
I would love to have an their new one the SS880 but I only have 6+sqft of grow area.

Peace out,

OK, this morning I trimmed to 8, most were trimmed at the second node but did one or two at 1st node. They were fed last night and are now tied to spread. Going to give them 10 days or so of growth before going to 12/12 . Last night during feeding the solution going in was 920 ppm and a pH of 5.66, checking the solution after it passed threw the medium it was 980 to 1090 ppm and a ph of 5.62 to 5.74, so not all that bad. I will water next with pH'ed rain water at 5.6 then resume regular feeding @ 900 to 1000 ppm. Feeding/watering at present is every two to three days, but they are beginning to consume more so will feed every two days until they begin to consume solution in 1 to 1.5 days then begin daily feeding.
Going to alter the Lucas formula I have been using during the last month of flower, GH Maxi Grow 5-15-14 @ 7 grams per gallon to GH Maxi grow @ 4 grams and GH Kool Bloom @ 2 to 3 grams or however many grams it takes to raise my ppm to 900+. I expect 2 or less grams to achieve the ppm I am striving for. I plan on cutting all nutes two weeks prior to harvest and begin flush with straight pH'ed rain water.c1.jpg c2.jpg c3.jpg c4.jpg c5.jpg WW.jpg

They look nice, can tell I pruned heavy but not as heavy as the past and I will leave the fan leaves on the plants till I go 12/12 and see sex then I will remove the lower fan leave, also remove the males if there are any, hoping there are none and I can give the three or four plants to a friend who live deep in the woods, he has been wanting some plants from me for awhile. Said he has tried but can't grow from seed, so I said I would give him a plant that is in flower.
I will not flower as long as I did the grow, going to watch tric's closer this time and harvest earlier. Try and get the more uplifting high and more CBC for back pain and insomnia.

Peace out,

As I said in my last post that my next watering would be with pH'ed rain water. Last nights watering was with 5.62 pH'ed rain water.
Gave them a good flushing, I was rushed so did not check the liquid coming out of the drain hole.
The CC/BBGA are very squat and thick trunk, and thick leaves. I have not grown any Kush yet but I think this has Kush traits.
