Any of you fellas have any experience with the Vents TT inline fans? I got 1 with the rest of my gear up at bloomandgrow cause it was the only type they had in the size I wanted. I'm wondering whether I should purchase a vortex fan or similair and keep the TT as an emergency backup cause I've heard since I bought it their a bit crap. It'll be cooling a couple of 600w's as well as extracting through a filter.

That scrog does look nice irishmc.
I have the TT100 in my tent mate. I agree with Harrekin, they are noisy as fook. The one i have also does not do a great job pulling the hot air out of the tent. I have great negative pressure but i just can keep the temps down when its closed.

I heard that RVK fans are the dogs bollox, bit on the pircey side though.

Thanks for the comment too;)

If you have negative pressure it's probably not the fans fault it's not cooling the tent, what sort of air intake have you got? Cos my TT125 can cool a DR80 with a 600w HPS with no air-cooled hoods and only one of the tents side flaps open.

Remember the fans dont actually cool the tent, they just draw out the hot air and exchange it for the air outside the tent. Are you venting beside your intakes?

Sounds like my TT150 is gonna be a noisy bugger then. Me thinks I'll be buying a quieter fan so, I have my eye on this baby, she's a little pricey but I'm better off paying a bit more now than getting headaches down the line. I can just imagine the TT coming on at 3 in the morning when you can hear a pin drop :-(. Maybe I'll bring it back in and exchange it for some nutrients and a ph tester or something. Although I don't think I got a receipt :!:.

Build a wooden box and put the fan in the middle with insulation (you should clearly just "borrow" from your attic) around it and run your ducting and wiring in one side to the fan and out the other. Guarantee it'll be quieter (and more "economical") than a more expensive fan.

Even if i have the tent door open all the way the temps are still getting high mate. I have a small desk fan in the tent to move at air around and a large fan at the tent door blowing in if the temps start getting too much.

Morning men, Just a quick Q for you. I currently have 2 Barneys RD and 1 UFO NL 2 seedlings 2 weeks old, My Q is i have them in my tent on 12/12 for the last 2 weeks just so i could finish off flowering my cheese, gonna hopefully chop on Saturday. Can some one tell me if i switch the lights to 20/4 to let the veg for a week or 2 will the 2 weeks of 12/12 damaged them or would they still have been to young to make any difference...:)...Thanks guys...

You should probably give them two weeks of veg if you want to reveg them, and they may take a while to actually start flowering again. They'll grow mutant looking leaves for a while too, will look kind of like a basil plant and it can randomly grow new branches from random spots too.

Revegging can be inconvenient cos it takes time.

EDIT: Actually seedlings,I thought you said clones, probably wouldn't be effected that young.
