I have one for you.
A scrawny pimply faced 17 year old white dude sees a fast food establishment and is a little trashed because he already drank the 4 beers he stole from his old man and he just smoked a huge bowl of shitty mexican he scored in remedial math class earlier in the day from the scary guy that usually gives him wedgies.
He really wants to impress his nerdy friends so he goes into the place and shits all over the bathroom floor in a volcanic eruption of feces, spattering the walls and his brand new Izod shirt that he likes to turn the collar up on when he's imagining he's not a high school nobody.
The owner of the property is a fine upstanding black business man that has worked hard all of his life. He stops by regularly to see how his business is going. He enters the bathroom to make sure his employees have kept it clean so customers will appreciate the service his business offers. He sees the pimply kid just as the last hot squirt fires from his well reamed bung hole.
What is the best way for the black business man to toss the little pimply faced puke out? Should the black business man ask the federal government for permission to throw out the floor shitter or should he just do it and act like he's the owner of the property?

Public schools are funded via force. They usually involve a ransom on a persons home. Public schools were brought to the USA using a model from Prussia designed to ensure obedient workers and cannon fodder. The purpose is indoctrination, you are a good example of the efficacy of it.

How's that list of things you like about the government that don't involve force coming? You've had about a month to get it done?

You still haven't acknowledged that with ownership, control must be in the mix or it isn't really ownership.
Your examples avoid that and focus more on situations that do not address that. My leaving people alone on their own property is not an example of racism either, no matter how you slice it Meathead.
Also, it's not up to me or you or the Federal Goverment dick wadds to tell other people how to use their property or their body. If it were you are conceding they are your daddy and that prohibition is justifiably within their realm of control. I WIN!!!!

Atlanta is winning me over but I can't bet against Kyrie, Love and LJ. I see the cavs running off 15-20 in a row and everyone suddenly talking about them.
I like Golden State out of the West, but I may be the only person saying the winner comes out of the East this year. The Bulls are built to go long in playoffs too.
As far as public schools, I would say I lived within 10 miles of 30 or more schools but my family had the choice of exactly 1. I wish I could have gone to the one my friends who lived 1/4 mile away went to, but I wasn't allowed, wrong sidestreet.

Yeah so many options right now in the NBA. I guess I will have to wait until after the allstar break to get a better judgement.
Now back to public schools. Are you one who thinks we don't need public schools. Rob Roy view is we don't.

I think we would have better choices without the standardization efforts on a national level.
I'm not against public schools in theory, I'm against what we practice. No choices, top heavy in admin costs and legacy costs robbing from current students, teaching by age instead of ability, passing kids who don't deserve to pass and many other things we are doing wrong.
If I could design a school system I would eliminate our 12 grade system and go to something like 100 levels approximately 6 weeks each and you go to the next level only when you show competency in the last. We could have kids in level 43 English, but level 88 math.
TL;DR version I guess would be I support the idea behind public education but can't stand our version of it.
