Thanks Enigmatic for the compliment! I tell ya after adding the CXB3590's as a light source the flowers just started clustering up and they are so dense! I can hardly wait for next weekend so I can prep the final product for the cure. Well I'll post some pics next weekend.

Just wanted to post my end results,

The above is all Cheese and it is really great considering I had to harvest a week early because my A/C in the house went belly up and I had to cover the 2k cost of replacement. So all in all it is a great tasting smoke with earthy tones mixed with fruity/sour undertones. The high was pretty intense but only lasted about 2 hours so not a lot of hang time but that's okay with me most of the time. As for weight I pulled 557grams in total dried bud and have a bunch of trim to make some personal oil. Anyhow just wanted to let anyone know who cared, lol.

Well guys I'm off for now, I'll be lurking and reading but not enough interaction for me to put anymore effort into the journals but rest assured the perpetual dream is alive and well with its new round of 4 Jabbas Stash by Bodhi seeds, 4 Solos Stash by Bodhi, 4 Mothers Milk by Bodhi, and 4 Goji Og by Bodhi. I can't wait till they fill in the Scrog! Anyway when there done I'll post some pics of the tasties for sure and untill then much love. Peace

Just got my other 2 panels hooked up! Got a total now of 32 CXB3590's, 3500k. Driven at approximately 50watts each for a total of 1600watts or 400watts per panel round about in my 8'x8'. So far the one side is doing great and the other side is getting setup next weekend. For the other half I have 2 X Goji OG, 2 X Mothers Milk, 2 X Solos Stash, and 2 X Jabbas Stash, all Bodhii seeds so things should turn out awesome! Anyhow will post results and untill then a couple pics.image.jpegimage.jpeg

Sir, this is awesome! I am very envious of your grow this is what i will eventually strive for! I see some things hinting that your a fellow coral lover..... besides your username of course. Great grow!

Reefer thanks for the kind words! It is my first endeavor back after taking a 15yr break so it means a lot. As for the coral enthusiast, you got me there. I have had saltwater aquariums for 19yrs and had a store for 4yrs. There is such awesome stuff available in the hobby today, simply amazing! What size tank do you have? Here's a couple pics of one of mine,

man i love SPS dominant tanks!! currently I have no tank.... I moved into a new house so i sold everything. I have had a reef for a solid 10 years but my best tank, for about 4 years was a 120 mixed reef running strong; with chalices, some sps and zoanthids. Unfortunately haven't gotten back into the hobby. I have worked for a coral importer, man i have seen some sick pieces come to the states. Owning a store must have been tough, i know how difficult this industry can be!


EDIT side note.... thats one healthy read goniopora you have there. I can tell you feed your corals well :)

Thanks everyone for all the compliments, it means alot. For your question vertical, no I'm using all 3500ks currently but when I add the next 4 panels I thought about putting in some different kelvins. We will see everything has been responding really well under the 3500s. And Reefer thanks that tank has been one of my nicest.

HELPPPPPP!!! One of my babies is having a few issues, any suggestions?

Okay so the few things I think could of happened is I had just removed some fan leaves and then I turned up the cobs so maybe the extra light with the new growth didn't sit well. Or, the temps did go up to about 84degrees as well for a few hours, normally runs around 74degrees. Or, some kinda deficiency but the rest are doing great.
