in california its a violation of tenant rights for a landlord to enter premises without written 24 hr notice to enter posted on a main thouroughfare I.E.front door

if my landlord entered my house without permission he would have a real problem on his hands
i think the point is that we need to develope trust and friendship beetween tenent and landlord. have a mutual agrement that the rent belongs to both. not just "the landlords house"

not the "not my fucking house, who cares"

i agree....i wish it could be that way......BUT.......

some landlords are fucking scumbags.....so when you blame the renter, remember that there is always equal and opposite ....

Now that avenues never before open are opening, we must pave the way for the future. WE have two states ironing out the particulars on how to regulate this new trade. We are steadilly moving toward half the states in the U.S recognizing, this is medicine for those who wish to use it as such. When the majority rules, then the fed will be forced to act. Good or bad. I don't think re-prohibition will be the way it swings. So It is our responsibility, to act responsible. We have to change the public opinion of pot producers. If we, as growers want to change this bad opinion people have about us, we must change the culture. Instead of renting a mobile home and filling the floor with top soil and growing weed right on the floor. And yes there was an arrest in Idaho last summer, where a group of mexican dope farmers rented up half a trailer park, and grew weed in the houses. They used no pots, they just filled the houses with soil wrecking all of the trailers used. Pretty sad people. The culture must change. We need to start building rooms are safe, sane and non intrusive. We must "take the time to find landlords capable of understanding this is your medicine. If you grow, weed in a state that still harbors neadrathal feelings about growing, selling, and consuming weed. Your first investment in your grow should to be, "TO GET THE HELL OUT OF THERE"! It took me a year to save my weed $. Locate the right state to do it in. Find a great landlord on craigslist, and get here. Now everyday when I wake up and look out my window to see what the surf looks like, I wonder what the hell I was waiting for all these years. Just food for thought. "I,, having spent alot of my life in the buisness, was born to it. I have never been so chillaxed in my life. Never before, has my mind been so at ease with growing weed. I never realized how much I love it. The paranoid idea of going to jail,,, was sooo thought consuming. Thats all I worried about most the time. It's gone! Now It's truely fun. peace

Compleating room today !!!!!!!!!! bloom to begin this P.M. horray!! So today I Am Compleating my bloom room. Still to build is a mixer and routing box for ventalation system. Temps seem to be in range but to avoid runnin the air conditioning I will build a mixer. This will create a more adaquate draw from on room to the other of the "fresh supply". A small portion of the hood air will divert to a Y. This y will compleate a vacume draw system. I will walk it throough showing the mechanical portion in vid later today! Also going to be transplanting the most recent group of clones and begining the perpetual grow! Big day !!

So the project is finished horray. Transplanting more plants off the table going to fill the veg floor today with about 45 "little" girls.
45 clones coming out of dome all rooted 6 days cloneing time, let the roots get a little longer this time due to lack of space on my 5x5 table. bloom room 1.jpgbloom room 2.jpgbloom room 3.jpgbloom room 4.jpgbloom room 5.jpgbloom room 7.jpgbloom room 8.jpgIMG_0083.jpgIMG_0092.jpg

If you would like to see more Pictures of this room,I have created an album with over 20 pics of how I put this together!
Total build cost for table and both rooms $425.00, this does not include the lamps and stainless steel poting sink.
It does include, the hurricane blower, all the building materials, hardware , light hangers, ducting, paint, fans.
All I had to start was,2,1000 watt lamps ballasts. Everying thing else was salvaged or purchased on that budget.
No damage was done to this rental to create these 2 rooms.I drove not a single nail or screw. All hid's lamps where hung useing existing florecent light fixtures hardware. Wall held in place by rubber seals and wedges. Making rooms airtight, light tight.
Walls are painted flat white. rooms are vented through dryer duct.
The box on the wall is a splitter/bypass, It deverts air from huricane, in small amounts.
It is adjusted with wooden valve inside box.
When dryer is in use, more light exaust is deverted into bloom room. When dryer is not in use, small amounts of exasted air moves through bottom vent in box. It then travels through the Y drawing fresh air being blown into veg room by squirillecage blower. This deverted air creates just enough vacume to draw heated air from ceiling level in veg room. It re-cools it by mixing already cooling blower air. The air is then remixed in bloom room and is eventually discharged from the house.

It took a little bit of adjustment to get the mix and vacume flow to stableize out, and a little enginuity on my part to build the bypass/mixer box. When the dryer turns on it closes the valve with possitive pressure, it shusts the flapper inside the box. when the dryer shuts off the hurricane blowwer reopens it to a pre-determined, set point allowing just enough bypass to continue drawing fresh air from other room.
Smells wonderfull (ceder chips from outside the house ) in this garage. perfect flow. perfect temps.
Well gonna go celibrate with a wake and bake

Oh god the humping the water ordeal!! Hate it!!! Man I did that shit for along time. I had a washer hookup in a basement, found it to be a compleate pain in the ass, water leaks ect. When I saw this house for the first time it was like a revalation! No more humin water buckets! How do ya like the little stainless poting sink? I salvaged that at the restraunt, same as the little four inch sqirrell cage. I place a five gal pickle bucket under it and use it for flushes or for potting. keeps all that crap, (soil) ect from getting in your drain. and on the floor. I think it was a pot scrubbing sink. ironic ay?

Nice job! Your window trick gave me a great idea. I live way out in the country about 100 yards from the road and am turning my 10x10 downstairs office into a grow room. I have no kids or anybody to care about but wanted to blackout the windows for light reasons and for the any hunter where they shouldn't be to see. Thanks.

Plans are in the works!! WE have another pair of ballasts and xxxl hoods by yeild master on the way. I am also looking to fill those florecent fixtures with led t5's red in th e bloom room and blue in the veg room. WE just compleated co2 system today! clone domes are even fixtured in with small emitters. generator is only big enough for the veg area so we are using co2 wizard sensor and auto valve attached to co2 tank. Natural gas valve was built in in the bloom area. near washer and dryer. It was an un-used valve plummed in for a gas dryer. We use elec. Pvc pipes where also salvaged from the restraunt down the street. I collected a bunch, re-cut it and glued it with elbows, This created a square 8x8 hanging above the veg and bloom areas. I drilled 1/16 in holes in the pvc and fitted with emitter nosels. flow can be adjusted with the nosels.

I also have another group of girls vegging now. These clone mothers will get the ball rolling, In about 4 weeks I will add another 45 plants the area it will hold 90 in 3 gal tall nursery pots. with 45 plants in clone, and 90 plants to select from based on size, on the "pre- veg table" all the time, I suspect this should fill in very soon, I'm considering the xxxl's on the light bar, and the 2 yeild master 2's in the veg room. Lots of room here to grow into, I am curently using 1/8 th the total bloom area, and 1/2 the total sf in the veg.

Gosh, gave away 6 little magic girls to a fellow grower. Today he brought them back to me.
He took these little girls home and put them in miricle grow organic. fed a day later started doseing them with dutch masters. They had'nt even dryed out from the transplant watering. well this is 3 days later.
I gave him one more pre veged girl and sent him home with instructions. Did I say he "claimed to be a grower" ......
Wellll.... We'll see, going to try to rehab them, care to gues on my odds of getting them to bloom? gonna keep a journal of their progress or lack of. should be interesting anyway.

yeah i have a fellow grower friend i hook up with clones and stuff. generally i have to make sure they are vegging nicely in order for him to be able to keep them alive. i do stop in at his place frequently to give him instructions...he is at least good about listening to them and is learning. he should be harvesting his first blue cheese clone that i gave him in about 7 weeks.

Yes I was kinda hesitant about giving him another.
I got over it quickly when I Put sad feelings away and remembered why I came here.
Now I will be a tutor! My grower friend called last night said that it's looking chipper!
Hopefully this one won't get overdosed. He said he's been doing it that way for years?
I just nodded my head and sid uh hu.

haha, well if you have generations of clones from clones and a certain soil and nutrient mix then the plant could have become stressed when recieving different ammendments..

my friends parents owned a dam greenhouse and he used to work there!! still killed first few plants i gave him and seedlings are a no go with him...they have to be in a larger amount of soil and have a complex root system established before i will let him take over...and istill check on his shit a few times a week. he is definatly getting better though.

I have to say this set up has come a long way. Thanks for documenting everything bro. Happy growing

My pleasure, I'll probably just keep this thing going so other people, with good Non-Invasive build plans can just keep posting. I really think this is important. We really need to change the thinking of the public about what we as providers and now rec use growing, are doing. So many landlords just wont buy into it. And alot of insurance policys won't allow coverage if this is going on in the home. "rediculous" .. They will allow microwbrewerys in garages and basements. Also indoor vegitable gardens and attached green houses. But if your growing weed in there it just becomes too danger filled of an enviroment to insure on a home owners policy. Thyis is nuts and all political propaganda at work and needs to be done away with.

Been busy in the new rooms the last couple of days and this thread got shoved behind. I'll put some pics up for those following along, showing what I have been up to. Wanted also to invite any new readers and followers of this thread to post up some ideas of your own.
Remember the pretence of the thread, is a "show and tell", ideas that don't destroy or otherwise damage the property you live in. These" Ideas" will further help growers to plan growrooms that utilizes non invasive, or destructive build tactics. We want to leave it like we found it if it's a rental. So post up your ideas!! And inventions!! happy growing hope to hear from more fellow growers soon!
The Melungeonman.
