also i wanted to add that i originally intended these plants to be mother plants and due to complications i just decided to bud them and start fresh with some different strands

heres a shot i took of the blue mystic today and all of the kolas starting to show

heres a few i took today....none of these are the main kolas. the amount of light on the kolas wouldnt allow the picture to come out

just an update....

as of today the buds are starting to show beginning signs of maturing

some of the hairs are turning orange but just a few

and also i forgot to note that I have added 6 more 4ft. T-8 2700k CFL's, bringing the total to 8.

I also added a dehumidifier and several spiral 2700k cfls to the base of the plants to increase lumens/sqft.

I have sat for hours moving my lumen meter around the plants and the lowest amount of light getting to some areas of these plants is around 7k lumens/sqft. and the highest I've seen so far is an average of almost 30k lumens/sqft. for the canopy.

Some people have been debating whether or not my buds will fill out, but I have a hard time believe that they wont. Also keep in consideration that these plants are huge and yes they will take longer than normal to bud. I don't think my yield/watt of light will be affected any if at all.
