Th3p3st's Mystical Blue Mystic and Horrific Jock Horror Grow

Whats up,

Light = 400w HID MH/HPS rig

Nutes = Fox Farm 2 part system

Resevoir = 10 gallon bubbleponic system with 4 airstones

Strands = 2 Blue Mystic and 3 Jock Horror

Technique = I'll be using these plants to Mother my clones for me, Decided against LST and SCROG due to complications I far saw

Grow Area = 3ftx3ftx5ft.

Reflective surface = Emergency Blanket


I started with 10 seeds but due to a power loss in my area one week I lost 5 of the seedlings. I have ALOT of pics of the process so far so I will be posting several replies to assort the pictures by date.

Only problem I've ran into so far is a slight algae problem that i treated with diluted doses of hydrogen peroxide and distilled water. I'm currently building onto my setup so I can run a 4 stage clone system so I can generate several ounces a day maybe even several lbs I havent made up my mind yet.

Totally give Roseman his props, I've learned everything from his DIY bubbleponics guide.

I'll be doing other grows with other strands.

I'll also be cross polinating the blue mystic and the jock horror to produce a Blue Horror strand in the future so stay tuned.

6-7weeks vegetation

The largest blue mystic has shown sex as a female the others havent shown quite yet heres some pictures.

Largest plant is a Jock Horror at 31" tall

I've also begun to see a problem in the height of my tent, I'll be removing the roof of it and hanging the light from the ceiling of an 8' room.

I had no intention of letting them get this big but due to the fact my operation isn't at my home I can't tend to it every day. Remember this was done with a 400watt light, and to be even more specific its two 360 watt conversion bulbs so even less and I still havent had any major problems with losing leaves at the bottoms of my plant.

Ok so my tent was normally going to stay 5 ft. tall but since these plants decided to turn into some monsters the tent is going to be to small.... Currently the tallest plant at the end of week 2 flowering is 5'1" here are some of the new pics.

Nice grow, I am growing a couple of blue mystics too. I have been running the 400 watt MH 24 hours for 6 weeks. They are 24" tall and I am going to 12/12 tomorrow.

Clones rooted in three days but two got sick and went yellow after they had a boat load of roots. How are your clonning efforts with Blue mystic going?

Cloning has been extremely easy, I donated all my clones to a friend of mine and they are all growing nicely

Here are my giants at week 4 flowering, took the pics with my phone so the resolution and definition arent perfect.

The blue mystic and the 7ft. tall jock horror are budding all over all the fan leaves surrounding the buds are covered with trichomes and this grow is really looking promising.

Great!! looking good. you are having a great grow, I can't believe there aren't more comments. I guess everybody is to busy with their own grows to comment on yours.

To be honest, i think you have to many large plants and not enough light to have big buds. You may find this to be true later in flower. Also i have to agree BM is an awesome strain for cloning. It takes well.

It really could have gone another week IMO

I have a light meter....my light is fine, nothing less than 10k lumens on the plants although its only a 400 watt i have a bunch of 4 ft CFL's that I use as well, like 12 ballasts and they all hold 2-4 bulbs ima post some pics in a sec
