ya, they are. one is called something blues and i totally forgot everything else lol! its hard to watch that show without being or getting medicated, watching sub getting high really gets the urge going even if you dont have the intent too! hes like the fat girl at the party that when you see her you first say "i'm not banging that" and then 20 minutes later your slapping her ass and riding the waves. i guess you dont watch weed nerd? have you ever seen an episode? if not you have to check it out especially if your into tga gear! ps: subcool is not a fat girl and i have no intention of slapping his ass.

So we got something blues. Sounds good already.
Nah, I don't watch the weed nerd. Not much time lately.
Just curious what all new is coming out, haven't even got
any of the old ones yet. Still waiting to be shipped.
C'est la vie...

Apollo bx, because a-13 is one of the top 5 strains ever created!

also..

Jilly bean, beacause the cannabinoid profile is outstanding.

and..

The flav, because anything with Rom will impress most anyone.

APOLLO 13 BX. Blew away any shit I've ever smokednext to Neville's Haze and "real" Colombian Gold beat it potency.

I really don't get these votes for any other TGA strains because I've had most of them, and Apollo 13 BX is hands down some of the most potent shit I've smoked in my lifetime, no sativa paranoia.
Some people don't like to get just blasted and sit on the couch.
Others have work to do, or like the upbeat feeling more. I'd like
to find a way to have both and other things as well. Different highs,
not just pound you in the face head buzz.

Do you know the profile for Jillybean? Percentages and all of that? I've looked around and can't find much. Leafly.com had some good reviews, but no hard numbers.

I've never had Jilly tested. But, I pay very close attention to peoples behavior before and after smoking her. The uplifting/happy qualities of the orange skunk, the pain killer qualities of the Rom, and the energy/mental stimulant of the cindy all combine for a perfect blend. I've heard complaints in regards to her lack of potency. Most of those complaints I suspect come from drug addicts/alcoholics. People who prefer to be fucked up all day, every day. Jilly is meant to lift you up, numb your pain, put a smile on your face, and touch your inner soul..not fuck you up to incoherence! Mz Jill did an amazing job breeding Jilly. TGA doesn't always recieve the credit its due IMO.

Apollo 13 qualities lie in her crystal clear head combined with an endless ceiling. Like a cup of espresso and a B-vitamin shot, but better. She is truely recognized by doers and thinkers..those that don't are often lazy followers. There are many sativas out there, but as mcrandle said, very few can even compare.

Cool, good looking stuff.

I like the idea of being uplifted and lucid, I can find plenty of strains to blow my head against a tree stump.
Maui Wowie kinda gives me that lazy yet clear eyed feeling. I think TGA is on the verge of something brilliant.
I want to be a part of it when it happens.

A lot of these opinions differ because of the huge variation in phenotypes with all TGA strains. Even if you have grown all of the roster and only found A13 desirable that doesn't mean you wouldn't love my Dairy Queen. I saw a version of the A13 BX that I wouldn't take a free cutting of. Not even close to top 5 in my room. his Qleaner was great though.

A13 BX is (A13 x SQ x (Vortex (A13 x SQ))

So it's basically a back cross of both correct?
Or did I get some bad info?

The black cherry soda pheno of ace of spades is the favorite among my patient circle for the last two years and one ill keep for quite some time.

I also run vortex, deep purple, Dairy Queen and have grown out querkle and I must say nothing from tga has ever disappointed me

What do you find is best for anxiety without too much of a buzz?
Or have you come across anything similar in your medical circle?

Is it anxiety due to depression or anxiety from general worry about many things?

-If it's anxiety from depression then I'd suggest a skunk leaning strain. I love the orange skunk leaning Jillybean I hold. She tastes/smells like orange fruit loops with a slight creamyness in the background. Orange Fruit Loops and Milk :) Just smelling it makes me feel happy and relax. Something about those terpenes/flavornoids makes me feel great. Downside is she vegs very slow and will start to flower if rootbound.

-If it's just general anxiety then I'd suggest either Apollo-11 or Apollo-13 (a-11 leans more indica). Apollo is like a proxac or xanax, but much more safe, and has a very clear head to get things done while interacting with people.

TGA:
I think many of TGA strains are great for anxiety including: Space Bomb, Vortex, Jillybean, Querkle, Qrazy Train, The Flav, Pandora's Box, Chernobyl, Dairy Queen, Cheese Quake, Agent Orange, and of course Apollo-13 BX.

..also the TGA clone only mothers of Apollo-13, Space Queen, Romulan, Harlequin, Cheese, and Orange Velvet are great for anxiety.

Non TGA:
Personally I find Sweet Tooth and both the Stawberry Cough clones(SE MI late 90s-present mostly Sativa and newer mostly Indica one) to work great for general anxiety. The Sweet Tooth is a bit more prefered because it has a more clear head and pain numbing qualities to it similar to old school White Widow, not the new widow of today. But, everyones chemistry is a bit different in how strains effect people. I find Kali Mist and Durban Poison great for anxiety too, but they can be a bit trippy if you smoke too much, especially the DP!

I'd recommend either vaporizing or medibles, because it often has a lighter effect than just smoking it. Although, edibles can sometimes be tricky to find the proper dose.

On a side note, I'd stay away from the OG Kushs, Diesels, Chems, ect..that family! Because, they seem to carry an unusual side effect from their cannabinoid profile(?) if smoking it heavy for a period of time. They seem to work great for people with deep psychological disorders, such as bipolar and schizophrenia. But, doesn't do so well with people of a "normal" state of mind after a period of time. I guess similar to the effects if a normal person were to take antipsychotic meds over time. Given, not all OGs and diesels are related to that family line.

Hope this helps!

For now, all I have grown by TGA is Vortex, Querkle. and Plushberry. What a previous person said about Plushberry was dead on and I agree with it all. Very nice, fruity smelling strain with excellent bag appeal. It is a daytime strain for me as were the Vortex and Querkle. All 3 I found to be fairly heady with a dash of body buzz. I have severe pain throughout my body, thanks to multiple car accidents and genetics. I am looking for something with more Indica body buzz for the muscle spasms. In the future, I would like to try some Huerkle and whatever he crosses that Herojuana cut with, as I am a major fan of Sannie's Herijuana, and so is everyone in my sharing circle. I would like to try the Jack Skellington but I got 2 strains with supposed G13 genetics lol TH Seeds MK Ultra and Eskobar's Lady Cane.
The Vortex has a nice uplifting high, perfect for a nature walk or festival wandering. Loads of crystals, orange hairs, lime green and frosty. BUT my best buzz pheno must've been the baby poo pheno because it was my least favorite tasting haha. The Flav, Snowdawg I would like to try in my garden next. Peace and happy growing, 420!

I don't know the difference.
I also don't have anxiety; I have depression and I worry but it's all genetics.
It's not for myself, but rather my girlfriend who doesn't like pills.
She's tried several different pills and what not, they just knock her out.
We have a son so we don't want to worry about being too fucked up, and passing out.
I can take all kinds, and I enjoy trying out as many varieties as possible.
Which is why I want to try and find something light for her that treats what she needs.
She doesn't care much for a high or buzz, just something that she can take daily
and it not conflict with her in any way. I don't know the ins and outs of THC, CBD, CBN, CBGB.
[I know that's a club.....] So I'd like to get a basis for what I'm looking for before I spend
$$$ on seeds that are not what I'm looking for.

Thanks Frogmann, you've been very informative.
