Sweet Seeds Green Poison

Grow:This plant had a hell of a time, but not it's fault. At two weeks in to flower it fell out of it's tree. It was then transplanted inside, then back outside, just for me to realize two weeks later that it wasn't getting any sun, so it was transplanted again. It looked like it COULD have been a huge yielder, lots of bud sites, but it just never recovered from the stress that was placed on it. Still, I'm thankful to have got any smokable buds off it. Smelled skunky when growing. Also showed some darkening colours with colder temps, some purple fan leaves. Another stress placed on it was the temperature extremes my part of the world sees.

Bag Appeal:7/10. Although it smelled very skunky while growing, it smells like musty berries when dried and cured. Not bad at all, but nothing special. But who know's what it's full potential would have smelled like

Smoke: 8.5/10:
Very heavy indica smoke, gives a very nice body-relaxing buzz. Very potent as well considering the growing problems. It is the strongest Indica that I have grown to date, and I am enjoying it way more than I thought I would.

Consensus: I am very surprisingly pleased with this strain, and would deff try some more strains from sweet seeds. I grew this one and Sweet Tai which I got as freebies, and both proved to be great smoke. It's a pity the yield had to ruined by falling out of the tree

I recently finished one of these as well.
Mine has a very unique smell and taste.
Buzz is like sliding under a warm blanket on a cold morning.
It certainly isn't as potent as some of the other stuff I grow, but the buzz type is fantastic.

You hit the nail on the head with the buzz description. I never thought I was an Indica guy, but after this plant I will be trying some more Indica heavy . How did yours yield?

Great report Johnny- I am curious about that sweet thai. What was the high like on that one?
Can you do a review on the Sweet Thai?

Thanks indicat, the Sweet Tai gave a standard sativa-dom hybrid high. Very spacy, but not heavy and without much burnout. It smelled skunky at first, then like straight up gasoline after a short cure, and like anise after a long cure. The smoke had a very distinguishable sweet and skunky taste, it was nice. I wouldn't grow it again myself, unless it was free and I had extra room. I wasn't a big fan of the high. Too spacey and not long enough lasting. Not bad by any means, but not extraordinary like the sour kosher I've been smoking lately

I don't remember the exact weight on mine, I am thinking around 2 1/2 which is an average yield for my grow style per plant.

Awsome bro,
That helps a Lot, as I've been looking for the "perfect sativa" for a long while.
I'm gonna check out that sour kosher- sounds Taaasty ;-)_~

it is a really nice strain. I loved it. It was a producer for me and I liked the smoke. Very mellow functional weed.

I thought the taste was nice, and fruity. It did yield well too. A lot of people thought the flavor was better than Skunk#1. Myco

I was the guy that basically revitalized this strain after Sweet Seeds left it for dead (per Sweet Seeds)......we're talking a few years now. I did 6 grows in a row of it and documented most of them here and elsewhere. Then seed resellers started selling out and the prices of seeds started rising. I know it better than most........ tasty smoke, easy to grow when done right, maybe an 8 or 8.5/10 potency wise, and it does yield well. Well done around 9 weeks too. I never saw a hermie either......bitch is Sweet Seeds won't release the genetics of the parents.

I've moved on to some kushes and skunk right now but a reliable contender in anyone's garden.

I did one a while ago and found much higher yields but found 2 different phenotypes. 3 were 54 days or there about bs, the others 70 days easy!!!
Can you shed any light?
