Was the smell of diesel while growing a heavy aroma, or may it be possible to grow this strain along a privacy fence, without anyone getting suspicious?

I was thinking of growing blue mystic next...
any one know about the odor of BM??
Nirvana or Royal Queens?

Nirvana's Blue mystic seems to be a nice mix of sativa and indica, with blueberry and floral smell in flowering/veg. smells like blueberry muffins in late flower and tastes like it smells, some can smell skunky but the pheno's i like are the sweeter scented. Never grew out the Royal queen variation but i've got some experience with the Nirvana version, just got some clones off a friend and they really took off, strong growth and really strong root mass. i would recommend both to see which is better but nirvana's is good.

Is this strain similar to Sweet Tooth? Sounds kinda like it.
It's pretty closely related
i look at the pictures of the two plants
and they look sort of similar

only dif SDG (Sweet Deep) doesn't have Sweet Pink Grapefruit in it.

I'm very interested in diesel strains at the moment
i've tried two, one was a score and the other was an onyx freebie and i couldn't stand the vile truckstop taste of either, but if you're after that taste and can't be talked out of it, onyx has a bitchin' fun buzz! it's the most touchy feely buzz i've ever had! it had a nice warm happy euphoric glow with decent motivation, but it surprised me with the way it made me play footsie with myself while i was typing at a forum like now. i definitely would recommend the buzz on that one, but still think anyone who actually enjoys that flavor is in need of much stronger meds. LOL (i really am laughing!)

I never hit any diesel with that pure fuel taste
but sour diesel does kinda taste like lemony fuel

i wouldn't call it a "fuel" taste as that makes it sound like less offensive gasoline. to me, it tastes EXACTLY like you scraped some old dusty diesel oil stain off the tarmac at a truck stop and smoked that. it totally offends not only my tastebuds, but my "fuck global warming causing internal combustion!!" sense of aesthetics.

i might be particularly sensitive to it too as i tried growing bud in the woods about 50 feet from train tracks and it got so contaminated by diesel oil fumes in the air or something that it had the same flavor only about 5 times stronger and i ended up scrapping the grow altogether. i just can't understand how anyone could EVER like that flavor. it just must be a gearhead thing along the lines of:
"I love the smell of napalm in the morning"
from apocalypse now... kind of ironic with global warming about to break of the biggest recorded iceberg in history according to the yahoo news i just read a few minutes ago.

that's just it though, the two diesels i had didn't taste or smell like gasoline, but nastier greasy diesel fuel pretty much EXACTLY like the smell you get if you've ever been in a REALLY OLD garage with decades worth of oil & dust stains stinking the place up. i could see that flavor bringing back memories for hot rodders.

Yes that doesn't sound too appealing at all

beauty is in the beholder.

i know one of my FAVORITE tasting strains was ORIGINAL kali mist before it was tamed to fruity & spicy back when it literally tasted like you're smoking some italian crushed red pepper & it even burned your lips a little. i could see that flavor not agreeing with people who have fewer tastebuds and that prefer bland foods. that's kind of ironic though. you'd think people with fewer tastebuds would need the flavor turned up and supertasters would need to tone it down. all i know is bland foods are generally yucky to me, especially if they're runny too. *blech*

I never tasted a peppery strain, but I did have sum goods that tasted like mustard before... very tasty lol

has anyone grown dinafem diesel?
how are the smells
I'm about two weeks from chop on my diesel now and it smells pretty fruity. It doesn't have the pungency that the Critical+ has by dinafem. It definitely leans toward the sweeter side of things but it is very noticeable in my closet. This plant can take a pretty good beating too.

Anyone who has ever smoked a diesel strain knows thats not true at all.

Diesel is some of the best tasting weed and tastes NOTHING like a freaking garage or truck stop.

Keep in mind this descrip is coming from someone who has admitted he has only had one grow in his LIFE and cut them all down and smoked the leaves before it made it to 3 weeks INTO flowering.
Who has admitted he hasnt gotten high in TWENTY-FIVE years.
Who says he WILL not smoke indica and knows NO ONE who sells sativas.

Yet then turns around and will tell you he has smoked every strain known to man, grown every strain known to man, bred every strain known to man.

This is why I cant help but point out the lies.
