If the highest strains around run 27% it would take many years of breeding those strains to even reach above 30. Unless these guys are aliens and have all carbon based life genome mapped and have figured out how to manipulate that quickly. I'll ask my buddy Bigfoot. He lives down the street from the tooth fairy
