Dude, that's wierd because I have pretty much the same problem youre describing, exactly the same really. Feels like someone is working my stomach like a set of chinese exercise balls. It feels like a cramp building up, then it growls and releases the pain. Almost like a painful hunger. I actually find that zantac helps sometimes. I had a doctor tell me its something called 'gastrointestinitis' or something. Try taking something for heartburn or indigestion.

first and foremost get a doctor to look you over for things like kidney stones gullbladder stomach acid problems, just to make sure. Deff not the weed..Until you can see a doctor id advise not eating anything acidic, like oranges, pop ect
