DANK!!! i'd frame that nug lol amazing job man!
Thanks man!

Harvest Update:
I started trimming the rest yesterday and am down to one tray. Man, I will tell you this, there is a lot of weight in small buds. The last couple rounds I did my best to lollipop all the way through, leaving just the tops. This round I stopped lollipoping early and let them bush out. It is a lot more work trimming small buds versus just the knobbers. I do think the yeild is going to come out better though. The extra and they stretched more than usual week of light to the canopy with the tops off really did make a difference too. Those light green buds that were exposed when the tops came off, are more purple and much more dense than they were a week ago. But to give you an example of the bud size difference, the tips when dried from the last pk round averaged about 14 grams. This round the tips are averaging 5-7 grams. Last round the average bud size was probably 5-6 grams and now they probably average 3 grams with a shit ton of 1 and 2 gram marbles. Basically the stretch, stretched out the weight on the stems. Instead of having compact tops, they were more like walnuts on a vine. I will update with the final yeild to see the yeild difference.

quick q for ya tho-
What kind of co2 monitor do you have and have you ever sent it in for calibration? my c.a.p. with fuzzy logic seems to be off by 200-400 ppm.

I use the c.a.p. monitor, but I paid a lot more than this link has it for - http://www.google.com/products/catalog?hl=en&rlz=1R2ADRA_enUS414&q=cap+co2+controller+monitor&wrapid=tlif129721512803110&um=1&ie=UTF-8&cid=8797753433659893596&ei=lu5RTb76Lon0tgPuyczsBg&sa=X&oi=product_catalog_result&ct=result&resnum=3&ved=0CFMQ8wIwAg#

Mine has freaked out a couple of times and shows some crazy readings. I just take it outside, plug it in for an hour and it re-calibrates itself. It has worked perfect this entire round. I wouldn't know if it was off, because it is my controller/monitor which is my only way to measure co2 in my room. How did you find out yours was off?

I took it outside and after like 30min it was reading around 750, I do live near a buisy street but damn thats still a little high.
Thanks for the response,

This is the one I use, I also paid way more than its priced here.

That is a nice one. I looked at that one, but it was like $800 and I think I paid $500 for mine. That reading seems high for sure. Maybe try it in another area.... maybe you had a hotwater heater exhaust near by or something. Mine usually reads 400-450 after it calibrates outside.

So here is the smoke report ( not fully cured).
Apearance - (10 out of 10) light lavender sprinkled with snow.
Odor - ( 10 out of 10) very strong chronic with hints of sweet grape almost like a grape jolly rancher
Inhale - ( 9 out of 10) smooth with a subtle, but heavy head flush.
Exhale - ( 9 out of 10) light cough accompanied by blurred vision. For me the high starts heavy in my head and on exhale starts traveling through out my body.
High - (10 out of 10) It is a very creative introspective indica high. It makes you feel light hearted and almost giggly, very happy. I brought some on a golf day this morning and let every one ( med patients ofcourse) try it out. Everyone started acting like a group of mentally handicapped kids. The golf scores suffered a bit I think. It does make even an intravert start sharing stories and telling jokes.
Pain relief - (10 out of 10) for pain releif. It really is among the best strains for pain relief. It numbs your whole body.
Munchies- (4 out of 10) for munchies. It really doesn't give you the munchies much. Trust me, I am bad about munchie attacks that usually come with indica strains.
Sleep Aid - (7 out of 10) It does relax you quite a but doesn't knock you out.
Duration - ( 9 out of 10) You will stay high on this strain for hours.

My personal overall rating is 10 out 10, but to be fair, it is my favorite strain.
A little update on the smoke report. After smoking on it for a couple days, there are couple things I wanted to add. I smoke every day, so my tolerance is pretty high. As is most of ours on here I am sure. Anyway, this stuff makes me feel like I haven't smoked in months. You know, when you are silly high. The first hour is the extrovert hour and the next is the introvert hour. It is like a party right after everyone smokes, then after a while everything is quite, until someone says " damn, do you realize nobody has said a word in like 30 minutes". It s definatly a creativity spark, you get some great ideas ( or atleast they seem great at the time) lol I am very impressed with this round, may be the best I have grown.

Will try it out again soon but it was outside connected to an extension cord so Im sure it couldn't be a water heater.
Also when my tank runs empty the sealed room is reading 450 ppms so that means its gotta be reading wrong... shyt! I would think in a sealed room with allot of plants they could bring the ppm down to 200. Well I'll take it outside again but Im sure Ill just be sending it in before my next crop starts. Thanks for replying raider.

When my tank runs out, my sealed room sits around 350-400ppm. I thought the same thing, that they would use up all the CO2 leaving very low levels, but mine stays at normal levels too.
Just want to say awesome thread with a nice detailed report :-D enjoyed it very much.

Thanks
Thanks Whodat
oh my god amazing

great tip about the wife/trimming! it's very true ill have to use that
lol, it works ;) Thanks for the props Verde
just curious ....what do the dispensaries charge for clones?
Blue Sky and Harborside used to charge $20-25 for small clones. I haven't been down there in 2 years though. My club charges 14 for 6-10" clones and $40 for moms. The prices vary from club to club, I paid $75 for a Super Bud mom last year.

So I got a final weigh-in. This round I left on a lot of middle canopy that I usually remove just to see if it would increase the yeild by leaving more bud sites on. What I did achieve is twice the trim time and a ton of small buds without any knockers. I let the middle canopy buds go an extra week and the final yeild was 1765 grams ( plus 2 ounces of popcorn buds) or .88 gpw which is right about the same gpw of pk I had last time I ran it. So, needless to say, I will be doing a more agressive lollipopping this round.
Overall, I am stoked with the quality this round. It really is some "knock your dick in the dirt" smoke. The first few bowls gave me that high you get when you haven't smoked in a while. You know, when you are really high again. I would say it is one of the best rounds of pk I have had quality wise.

I am glad you had such a good grow! Are you gonna grow it this way next time then or the old way with less side and lower branches?

I will be removing all the lower and middle bud sites in the future. I have the best results when I lollipop right before flowering and once again after the stretch. I skipped the second hair cut last round.
Right now I have one tray of 9 pk clones that have vegged for a few weeks, then in the other I have 4 pk clones vegged 3 weeks, 3 gdp clones ( only vegged a week ) and 2 pk moms that are probably 2-1/2 feet tall and 2 feet wide. These have all been lollipopped, but I will clean them up again after the stretch. The moms are a bit nitrogen deficient, so they should grow slower for the next couple weeks. I find that if the moms are too green, the clones root slower. Anway, I had three pk moms and decided to flower a couple of them out.
I will probably skip a journal for this round, but I will still be around.
Thanks for sharing in my growing adventures. lol :peace:bongsmilie:eyesmoke:
