Sour Deez in my closet

I've got 3 flowering right now, I haven't really put much effort into yield beyond LST and keeping them healthy. I like low maintenance.

If I do a scrog, I'm going to use 2x 10gal storage totes with one plant in each, for easy maintenance. My mothers have been trimmed 4 or 5 times already and they just keep bushing out, I think they'd make excellent candidates for my (possible) scrog grow.

Good advice on the pics, that certainly applies to regular cameras if bought with a CC or if you registered the serial # in your name and address.

Meant to say lil under 2 pounds not over but yeah almost a gram per watt. I really suprised myself on that one, best I've ever done. I grew purp erkle at the same time under same conditions and only got a pound per 1k. Crazy how different yeild can be between strains. Im sure you should get over 6pzbut man, those ladies look pretty good sized.

W00T!!! thanks fellas, I appreciate the comments. It's gratifying to see progress in my grows, never had a cola as fat as that first pic.

Very much so, even in veg. I had the mothers outside, 6' away from my backdoor and I could smell them everytime I went out. No buds and they stank like dank :hump:

My whole basement stinks, I've got to get a better vent fan + carbon filter before winter or the furnace will circulate that air through the house. I've never had that problem before this grow!!! :D

Oh yeah these girls definetly got a strong smell. When we harvest and trim it smells up the whole block even with carbon filters in the room.

Edit: that first pic is when she went into flower, about 12", maybe more ... second pic is just under 3'

110% insane man - I can smell that from over here. That beginning picture is awesome. I just remember picking this up 6 weeks ago when the buds were just in there infancy! To see them on swole like that is wild.


SD has such a distinct taste. I've never smelled a flowering plant but I can imagine how nice it must be opening up that door! I know I always ask, but how long do you think?

this almost makes me cry lol, sour d was one of the first plants i ever grew and it got big, bigger than any other plant had ever grown at the time, about your size too, but it never got to see harvest. my grow box at the time got crushed by an agressive door opening which crushed the plant and all the light bulbs.

you've made me remember my baby(r.i.p.).... im gonna go get a clone today because of these pics and for old time's sake.

Prolly another 2 weeks for the clones, the third one is almost ready. I ordered a pocket microscope from newegg should be here any day, up to now I've been using a magnifying glass lol.

Thanks for the comments bro, I was very unsuccessful in my early grows, didn't even get to smoke my first one thanks to spidermites. I'm amazed at your first attempt, I wasn't nearly as successful. Imagine what you could do with a HPS...

Daaaaamn, that would make me get drunk and cry. I've had scary thoughts about my 16 bulb array dropping on the cement floor. I propped it up in the flower closet with my HPS for one grow, could've done some serious damage if it fell. :leaf:

sup fellas... I'm updating my thread because I just can't hold it in anymore. I want to roll around on a thick bed of fresh sour diesel, I want to stick my face in it and smell the wonderful aroma, I want to rub it all over myself. I can't believe how fucking dank this shit smells. Now I know why they call it sour diesel. This grow has exceeded my expectations on every level. /noobgasm

popcorn buds? more like fishing weights... I can't believe how dense this bud is, I had to tie up my two clones or buds would be reaching the floor. I think I got high just from touching, smelling, seeing, and working around them. I feel like I did when I first started growing. Which brings me to my next topic... SMOKE REPORT :blsmoke: maaaaaaaannnnn, tasty as fuck. dried out a bud next to my sat box, trichs were 80% cloudy when I took it and it was fire. This is going to be some potent, tasty, top-shelf weed when I get done with it :hump:

Frosty like a still snowfall... I usually throw my trim away but I just can't do it this time, I've got to process this batch.
