anyone with a good suggestion was thinking ocean forest or sumthing ... I know im not gonna drop in mg this time lol

i have used Fox Farms Happy Frog but i wasn't impressed so i went back to Coco Coir , perlite, and earthworm castings .for the little one's i use 50/50 perlite, coco. when i transplant go to 15/20/65 earthworm, perlite, coco.
But i do tend to overwater. i use General Organics as my nutes with Recharge and have really good results.

how much perlite you mix docter?
To make a base soil.
1/3 EWC
1/3 Canadian Peat
1/3 stone (little white lava or Perlite)
Then
1/4 by volume of the above in Compost or cow manure..or Potters Gold...

This is a "base" soil for further amending to make a water only "super soil"......

If you intend to run synthetic's
Straight Potters Gold - no nutrients for around 28 days.....Then use your Veg or grow nutrient of choice every other watering to the 3rd week of bloom, before switching to a bloom food!

dr. who is potters gold available is us/ohio
Yes it should be - it's made in MI Google it for availability

How do you like the recharge?
i love recharge, not just for my girls but all my plants .
i like it because it has tons of mycorrhizae , molasses, humic, fulvic and amino acids. It seems kinds expensive but at 1/2 teaspoon per gallon of water per 10 days. I still haven't seen a plant yet, that has responded negatively to it. Even auto flowers like it.
