I got Pro-mix BX (3.8 Cu ft bag) a bag of Perlite (8 quarts) as well as 8 quarts of Vermiculite. I was wondering how much (if any) of the Perlite and vermiculite do I need to add to the pro-mix. Also, is this mixture considered organic?

Mix all the perlite in, take the vermiculite back and exchange it for another bag of perlite and mix that in too.
No it's not organic. Here's a recipe to "organic" it up.
1 bale Promix (3.8 cu. ft.)
4 cups bone meal - (phosphorus source)
4 cups blood meal - (nitrogen source)
1 cup epsom salts - (magnesium source)
3 cups dolomite lime - (calcium source & pH buffering)
4 cups kelp meal.
1 bag (25 lb.) worm castings
Kids don't try this at home unless you add the dolomite lime or you'll get nutrient lockout once the meals start breaking down
no it's not, it contains a good jolt of macro & micro nutrients. I don't recommend anyone adding nutrients until they are consummed or flushed, I say at least 10 - 14 days after potting in it.
