Small resivior tips?

Started with a small 1.5 gallon res, def seeing value and reasons for a bigger one in the future, but it's what I have now.

Any tips for these little pains in the ass?

Always use nutes on constant refills? Full or half?

Do you trim roots? Tips there?

tip 1: get rid of it.

With 3-4 res changes a week. New res every time.

No top offs.

shit, with a big plant, he/she might have to do 3 to 4 a day. lol.

My 5 gals obly,hold 3 gals.

So if his 1.5gal,obly holds 60% of that I could see once a day res changes.

Either way hes in for a world of headaches,and will,be chained to those buckets.

Why not just buy a bigger bucket?
