SMALL caterpillar lookin in rootball in hydro... HELP! pic

.... can someone please tell me what the fuck these things are???? every now and then i see some gnats flying around but only like 2 every now and then.. but my two plants have been dying off and i havent figured out why til now.. so thats the picture of im guessing larvae in the roots... under my 100X microscope!! theyre starting their 5th week flowering today and need these fuckers gone!

Fk that.. . I USE SO MANY FKING NUTES I DOUBT ANYTHING COULD SURVIVE IN IT HAHAHAHAHAHAHA. my ROOTS & WATER ARE BLACK due to so many nutes.. . b1 thrive..sea kelp.. guanoo. man all BLACK
