Detectives! Please help me diagnosing these blisters

I'm desperate, please help me in figuring out what these goddamn spots are. It’s not spider mites as I haven’t seen any webbing. It may be thrips, since I found many dead larvae on the yellow sticky traps. I’ve sprayed it with SNS203 3 times over the past two weeks. I also believe I have gnat larvae eating my roots, so I’ve got some mosquito dunks coming and I’m gonna make a little tea with them on Saturday to kill those fuckers. (You can see the damage on my lower leaves. I thought it was a deficiency at first. Now I know better.)

These bumps are raised though, which I find weird since every pic I’ve seen of thrip/mite damage doesn’t cause blisters. These “blisters” are also translucent. If you look under them, you can see the light behind them.

About a week ago, I noticed my leaf had this really odd thing happen to it...almost as if the top layer had been removed. That led me to believe, at first, that it was Leaf Miners. HOWEVER... i havent seen any of the classic Leaf Miner markings/damage -- so that theory is out the window. I have not seen that type of damage on my leaves (i lost 4 fan leaves to that weird damage) since.

this is my plant today. if you zoom in on the pic, you can see blister-like spots here and there on many of the leaves.

damage from May 6th. havent seen this type since then.

Is this a deficiency or...? I’m going to spray it with an fungicide tonight just in case it’s a fungus...and then I have Monterrey Garden Insect spray coming on Saturday which I will then treat the plant with.

Strain: Zamaldelica Express Day 28
Medium: FFOF soil
Lights: HLG225

any help will be tremendously appreciated. im stressed and stumped.

They look great to me... I wouldn't do a thing. I also would not use monterrey garden unless you are sure of an issue. Could do more damage than good. The discoloration just looks like a variegation. Don't over do it
