Interesting,

About two hours ago, I read an article on Growweedeasy about oddities pertaining to Cannabis plants. Is this plant possibly in re-veg? The symptoms look very similar.

Just a thought. Good luck.

I would put a screen on it to widen the canopy. That's just the way they look when you go from 12/12 back to 18/6. It takes time for normal growth to appear.

It's obviously revegging. You put them in flower to sex, then back on veg schedule, which results exactly in what you got now, a revegged monstercrop. When you put a plant into flower it produces a lot of internodes, that normally form a budsite but now veg and by transitioning again stretch out in to many smaller bud sites.

Like I said last night I put it back on 12/12 was that the correct move? Have I ruined my crop?

Definitely re-vegging.

Dude, don't use flower light schedule for babies/seedlings!

Young seedlings I leave the lights on 24/7 for a couple weeks. I put them under 8 x T-5's

I go 20/4 for veg. Under 600w MH

11/13 for flowe. Under 600w HPS

What is your assessment gteasemonkeymann?
I agree with the others, the plant is regenerating, absolutely no doubt of it, it was sexed by triggering 12/12, and then after gathering that it was a female it was put back on a vege time, for approx a month, then back to flowering, it's not a bad thing, but to get some good weight from it, you'll need to wait another month or so to trigger it back to flowering.
At this point, i'd keep it under a 18/6 for another 20 -30 days at least, depending on your vertical growing restrictions

Well what do you think would be a good estimate on a three foot tall plant that was revegg'd. Previous advice is for me to let it veg longer (at least 20 more days) to grow bigger. I already switched to 12 /12 on Sunday night though (before the advice was given). Is a pound per plant unreasonable in a reveg situation?

A 1 lb plant depends on many factors. Primarily pot size/root zone. The longer you veg the more branches you have...the more bud. But it won't grow any larger once rootbound

should be fine, this is a similar effect
these were clones taken during flower 3-4 weeks they re-vegged
started with 4 clones removed 2 in the middle of flower as they were too skinny and the growth on them was wispy
the 2 remaining clones filled the space that the 600w light above them covered

created a huge amount of shoots, i thinned it out and topped it many times also to control height and remove the skinny growth

finished with 2 clones, yield together was 23 oz , the plant at the back was much larger around 1lb
the front plant was 7 oz

peace
