Well what do you think would be a good estimate on a three foot tall plant that was revegg'd. Previous advice is for me to let it veg longer (at least 20 more days) to grow bigger. I already switched to 12 /12 on Sunday night though (before the advice was given). Is a pound per plant unreasonable in a reveg situation?
go back to a 18/6 and train that lady down, you can make it work, I don't know if you can pull a lb from her, but you'll do ok.

Should I change light bulbs when i enter flowering. Right now I am using a 400W Metal Halide light bulb. Its like a couple months old.

no, a metal halide is optimal for prepping a plant for flowering, keeps nodes closer, and the stems thicker, not to mention the added lumens make it simply grow faster. An hps has more lumens but almost nothing in the blue spectrum where the plant needs it in vege
