Shortening flowering

Just two questions, guys.

If you want to shorten flowering cycle with lights, does that means I can cut a week in 7 week indica and 12 week sativa? Or will be shortening effect larger in sativa plant? In 7 week indica just couple of days?

How is this in autoflowering strains?

How are you suggesting shortening flower cycle? The only way I know of is to use far red light in at lights out. There may be other proven methods, but I am only familiar with far red.

I think he means time to flower? Seems people running 90cri led cut about a week off their flowering time compared to 80cri...
Have seen that myself, I have 200w of Citi 1212/90cri at the back of my room and noticed anything I put under them knocks a further few days off. Running 4 strains right now and they all finish in 49-52 days. I like the faster cycles because I can run more phenos/hunts for breeding.

What strains are they? Finishing 49-52 would be nice. I could pull alot.more weight over the year

I've asked this question before and have gotten the following responses (from different people):
1) Higher temps
2) add UVB
3) shortened day cycles (less than 24 hours day cycles)
4) more Red (630nm and/or 660nm) , or higher CRI
5) GLR in veg (leads to faster start of flowering)
6) using 730nm far red trigger for 5-15 min at lights out
7) smaller pots (1/2 gallon) - plant being rootbound can lead to faster finish
8) graduated lights-on time (reduce lights-on by 30 min per week)

I'm currently doing 1,2,3,4,6 but I only started @ day 30 of flower. I'm running 5.5 hrs on, 10.5 hrs off with Sonoff timers utilizing the loop timer feature. I'm currently at 45 real days of flower, however 15 of those days have been running 5.5/10.5, so if you consider that a 16hr day, I'm at 49 days flower.

The one's I have in there now are Skunk #1, Blue Pyramid, Columbian Gold, and Blue Harley which is a CBD cross of Blueberry x JTR x Harlequin. I ran control clones last year over several runs (2 runs under each light cycle) and went from 12.5/11.5 eventually down to 11.5/12.5 in 1/2 hour increments. Everything else stayed the same and includes 45w of 660nm for 12 minutes at the beginning, 40w of 730nm for 12 minutes at the end. When I hit the 11.5/12.5 it had the greatest effect on finish times. Knocked a good week off any strains I was running as control clones, some as high as 10 day difference between 12.5/11.5 and 11.5/12.5. The only detrimental thing depending on your view is they tend to stretch more at 11.5/12.5 but thats manageable.

These are the one's running in there now, 4x 3gal, last weekend at day 34, all headed for ~7 week finish from the flip. Bud shots are day 38 on Thursday.

Not trying to be a dick but is English your first language? I have read your OP about 10x and really think it may be you with the communication problem.

I hope you can find the answers you're looking for but you should really check your attitude a bit. You'll get more help from the community if you don't come off as a kindergartner yourself.

You could try running slightly warmer dark period temperatures to reduce stretch.

I run a mix of 50/50 soil/pro-mix, not much feeding if any early veg as I'm refreshing the medium every up-pot. In veg it's basically if any show defs, otherwise water. In flower I feed at 350ppm every other watering through stretch and 450ppm through the balance. Still using AN A&B only, no additives, not needed imo. For the most part just try and keep them green to the end. That Skunk #1 pheno fades away the large fans early no matter what I feed it, but the bud leaves stay good to the end, killer pheno.
