I need help guys, my knowledge is small and nill when i comes to diagnosis and treatment. Looking for a quick remedy and longer term solution.

7gall smart pots
Quality potting soil, no slow release nitro
Outdoors, adrid/semi-arid anywhere from 100-113 this summer.
Plants water ph 6.3-6.5, watered from every 1-3 days based on temp outside and weight of pots. No issues until flowering

Switched over from grow to bloom nutes with a little added nitro 4 weeks back

White Bhutanese strain 80/20 sativa

My 2 indicas are doing fine normal leaf yellowing but this one what ever i try seems to be wrong. Everything was awsome healthy growing green and big prior to start of flowering.

i'd have to say with the leaves curled and the brown spot stuff looks like manganese def or a magnesium def maybe even a combo have you tried epsom salt. if not i would clip affected areas off {if it aint too many} and mix epsom salt with warm water then let water sit in shade till afternoon then go give a good stir and soil drench. i hope this helps and she bounces back... let me know if u already tried this or it dont work.

I haven't tried anything yet I came home from work today and I was at a loss I had literally flushed like 5 days back. And was doing pure ph water due to the claw showing up on a few leaves. But it seems to have gotten worse or progressed now i have some claws some tacos many ugly looking unhealthy leaves and odd spotting. I think theres to many leaves to trim but they seem to be triming themselves drying shrivling up. Ill try the epsom salt idea. What about overwatering? Im useing smart pots but moisture seems to load up at the bottom, at least thats what my cheap moisture meter claims.

moisture meters are a iffy subject some are great some are bad but never live by them fully only use it as a estimatation. i thought there was the claw in there but the more i study the picture it hit me its canoeing more than clawing, maybe i havent seen the claw you talking about tho... but if there is too many to trim then i'd recommend a foliar spray if your very particularly make sure not to get it on buds or bud sites, i wouldnt risk the foliar spray personally and the soil drench may take up to a week or so to put out results....and about the over-watering just let them dry out bout a week if your worried but looks like if you dont take some steps now overwater will be the least of your problems. if your already been in flower then you gotta start now to give your plant enough time to take in the nutes, use them and then recover your lookin bout two weeks on average

if they are drying up and dieing on their own, it could be that because they cant get nutes from their roots they are resorting to drawing the nutes they need for top growth from the lower leaves. could be ph of the soil, poor drainage, or root root. hopefully not the last one.

im using soil that has alot of clay in it, so i poke holes into the dirt down to the base of their containerabout 4-6 inces away from the main stem so that oxygen can get down into the dirt a bit easier.

from the last couple responses I'm a little worried that it's too much water at the bottom of the roots I'm using Zen blend soil and it drains well through 3/4 of the medium. But this smart pot bottom seems to retain and hold back a lot of water. I can litteraly have drooping leaves all over plant (high heat) that when water metered say wet at the pot bottom. I water the plant gets happy and i go through this cycle again.

Last year my grow was direct in ground with MG soil that grew high potent beutiful christmas trees.

I figured it would be better this go around by useing what i figured was more quality ingredients/methods.

Do you think it could be salt buildup or possibly it's retaining some unspent nutrients in that smart pot? Honestly I have no experience with those smart pots so I don't even know about flushing but usually if my plant looks like that I flush 1 to 1 then follow that with bloom nutes + camg when the dripping stops from the flush. But with smart pots I dunno shiz

definitely make some air holes in that bottom layer. either drill or cut through the bottom layer of the pot and poke a some holes through them. i use a metal sewer. pretty much anything sanitary. chop stick, hard straw, screw drivers, etc. i wouldn't recommend a knife, its guaranteed to cut some roots ( waste not want not) ). nto to sure what a "smart pot" is but it seems like a pot made to retain water for less frequent waterings. good for tomatoes and corn, not so much for cannabis. roots need to breath.

Its a fabric flexible pot, its meant to breath alowing air flow, air prunning roots, can plant direct in ground roots grow through.

Its supposed to help with overwatering or at least make it difficult to achieve

How hot has it been? I notice you're outside.
At times during grow phase july ish we reached 113, with 105-110 for a week at a time. I was watering with 1gal ph 6.5 water a day, nutes ever other or even 1of ever 3waters. Plants were beutifull full green nice internode space great cross branching.

Once flowering hit started to get normal (what i figured was) yellowing of older fan leaves low on plant, it was like she stoped drinking but the temps were still the same. And i found that watering only when droopy would make her happy, but when conserned i would water meter the soil and i found it wet around the base up to 6in from top.

Im begining to think my outdoors environment is not conducive to growing in 7 gallon pots, mabey its to hot for the roots and such?

Last year i sowed direct in soil with none of these issuesm

were the growth rates faster when they were grown in direct soil?
Different strains last year, but yes growth was better (sure its due to root space) and water was never ph'd (7.9 from tap). It was my first try but it produced some strong slightly racey buds.

So my last ditch effort on this plant today was to replant direct into soil. Its slightly sandy dry medium and should provide more insulation for the roots and better drainage. Mabey in a couple weeks there will be something left i can salvage
