SeedSupreme - A Supreme waste of money

I wrote a message to SeedSupreme that I was going to send here since this is a site that they are a member of. In the end, I saved it to a file and wil post it here if they don't get their various departments to work together. At least that's the excuse I got from them twice after contacting their support and making multiple posts on their Facebook page.

I placed an order on the 14th of October, 2019. After they failed to update it's status for 5 days, after acknowledging that payment had been successfully made, I sent email to support and created a ticket on their website. On the 21st, Simon emailed me with apology and excuses. Surely, this must be what he thinks customer support is because, after continued failure to proccess my order, I contacted support by email again and, on October 31st, received a more elaborate apology and a more detailed excuse. Oh, and let's not forget the Kush money that they expect me to use on a future mistake involving another order from SeedSupreme. True customer service and proffessional responsibility at SeedSupreme appears to be nonexistent. I won't promote anyone in open forum but I can tell you where my most recent order came from and arrived within days instead of weeks and I'm in the US. The seeds came from abroad. Three was a minor issue that was morethan compensated for. Not with Kush money either but with a copy of my order but inflated a bit.
