i found a male not to long ago and i killed it, im not sure what stage the sacks were in but i still have it in a bag somewhere. if i find pollen within the sacks can i still use it? or is it bad to use premature pollen?

if you find pollen in the bag it wouldn't hurt to try it. :weed:

thanks fdd for tutorial,i have a question you might be able to help me with im looking to get as much female seeds i can get out of my harvest anso ive found this product that claims to promote seeds to come out being females.the product is (Accent Seed Soak
A feminising pre-germination seed soak containing ethylene; useful for reducing the number of male plants from seed.).do you know if theirs any truth to their claims or is their any other product that you know of that does what the accent seed soak does.thanks peace...

I was thinking of seeding a single female with pollen from multiple males. I would try to maintain order as much as possible by keeping each different pollen to a different part/branch of the plant, maybe even pollinating on different days. I would also have labels on the branches of course. Any reason not to try this? I want to do it because I grow as many different strains as I can which results in me only having one female of each strain at a time.

Awesome. I will definitely be trying this in the upcoming months. I have females from eight different strains currently and just ordered 4 subcool strains which, being ten seed packs, should give me a few males of each strain to work. That's 32 crosses I could potentially create. Wow.

hahah, you're a piece of work man, but you know that....:-?

so basically you're like christ himself, you can produce seeds magically from dust...you never had to buy a strain to start the breeding??

no worries...what strains you working with these days, they got names?? and i'm assuming you keep em for yourself and friends...

Thanks for this tutorial, fdd. My male indica just outgrew his cage and luckily had a lot of dingleberries to pick this a.m. They're on the paper plate on the shelf like you said. Thanks again!
