Try the paper towel between two plates method, just make sure you keeps them moist always and Im sure you will have no problems......mine went 5 for 5.
canbud - i kno you got to keep them worm wile they are in the papertowkes i dont have access to my water heater as it is inside a seald wall like u gotta unscrew it to get in and out and dont want to go thru all that when i want to check them you have ne sugestions as to where i can put t
if my humidity done didnt have the mat built in ide use the mat from it also it is crapy (got a cheao one ) so idk if it even works good to put a plate on the botom of the tray to add heat

I use a similar method. I take 2 paper towels and get them wet, wring them out best as possible( so they're still wet but dripping. Line my seeds about an inch apart diagonally across middle of paper towels. Then gently roll up the paper towel around your seeds. Meanwhile take a glass jar or cup with about 1/2-1 oz of water in the bottom. Stand your paper towel with seeds in it upright so only the bottom 1/2" or so is submerged in the water. Put in a dark cool place, and in about 3-5 days you'll have some nice cracked seeds about 1"+ long sprouts. Hasn't failed me yet....I actually left one long enough that it had almost started to grow in the paper towel.

They don't need to be overly warm just in the complete dark, overlap the paper towel between the plates to act as a gasket. Its really simple, use 2 towels for top and two underneath the seeds keeping them apart by an inch or so, just make sure the towels are wet but not completely saturated. Checked on mine after 24 hrs and had the one sprout, re wet the towels and the rest shortly followed. There are plenty of different methods and Im not saying this is the best way but its very simple and it worked for this first timer. DO NOT LET THEM DRY OUT
canbud - again thanks i think ill try that sence im useing seedbank seeds instead of bagseed does that mean i should have better resaults because my last grow i used bagseed and i germed about 12 and only 2 poped and sprouted then one died i got one all the way to flower then it turned hermie on me and i was at a carshow that nite and when i got back from the hotel it haad completely polinatrd itsself
i was thinking abiut useing the paper towles and if i do ill wet them with a spray bottle to make sure they are wet but not saoked my last go i used the presoak methode and yah that didnt turn out good

I dont have any experience with bag seeds but i would assume seed bank seeds would be far more reliable as thats what I used, just check them quick after 12 or so hours to see how the moisture is staying, I'd rather have more than less water available, after all the seeds will absorb some and youll lose some to evaporation.
i watched a video omn youtube once where this guy put the towles on the bottom plate then sprsyed with bottle untill they was clear than just tiped the plate over and let the extra run off it was only a few drops but then he put the seeds down and then put the outhers on top and sprayed them then put plastic wrap around them put ide rather use anouther plste
i kinda figured they would be better than bagseed but ive seen some great resaults from bag seed

after 66 hours i got impatient and tapped the seeds.... they sunk so i took them out and started the paper towel method lol

I just germed 5 seeds started them on 01/10/12 and 3 were done on 01/11 then the outher 2 were done 01 12 I used the paper towel and 2 plates I'm surprised with the 5/5 germ rate - also as a huge surprise to me I got a seed order I placed almost 3 months ago so I now have 4 more seeds when these are put into flower I'm gonna start the outhers

Hey bro I like to soak my beans in distilled water 24 hrs. Then put them straight into a rock wool or coco, just germ'd 2/2 pineapple expressed.....
