Never would have happened if he had just obeyed the law. Simple, eh? Glad it did though, these genetics are off the streets. Officer Tensing graduated cum laude with a degree in criminal justice from University of Cincinnati Clermont College and had a clean performance record.

I bet his 13 kids don't know who their mothers are. What a piece of shit.

And of course he was totally innocent when stopped. :mrgreen: Apparently he had just been stopped before being shot.

Arrested 75 times and never for a violent crime. The majority of his arrest record is traffic violations like driving without a license and misdemeanor drug possession charges. According to his children he was a good father who spent quality time with them. He was on the way home with a projector to watch a movie with his 9 year-old son.

What a horrible person.o_O

I don't. But, if I was being issued a citation or arrested for it, there would be no argument or action to try to prevent it. That's why I'd still be breathing on the other side of the exchange.
 
The shooter wouldn't have been charged if he'd covered it up better like most of the other LE's do all the time. It's not the dead guys fault even if he did have a questionable record but being black surely aggravated the situation. This cop shouldn't have been off the campus that he was charged to protect. I think there's more to this story...

Hey, what about the pint of gin he was driving around with, and the cop was fully within his right , no actually his duty to arrest that dumb as fuck fool, about to be shot because he was fucking with the cop). Also that fool apparently DID almost crush that cops feet, or rip off his arm. 90% of those BLACK individuals that have been shot lately, or was choked,had broken the law. EVERY SINGLE ONE, was a criminal, or was being arrested for a criminal act. All I know is that if I was a white cop and had to deal with a black man now, I'd say sorry sir, I didn't know you were black, go ahead and rob or rape someone, drive around with an open bottle., and I'm sorry to trouble you, sir. You ever wonder why the jails are full of blacks? I'm really glad this nation was based on equal treatment of all it's citizens ( suck my dick), and the blacks basically being treated like 2nd class citizens for their entire lives (ask Obama) the black man in this country has been fucked ever since the 1st one was sold into slavery, and was continued by SEGRAGATION, which was legal until 1964, where troops had to be called out to guard a black person trying to go to school. Anyway, the guy that was killed should have listed to the cop. He didn't, and he died as a result. Oh well, one more victim. Sorry..

The cop should have just let him drive away, he didn't hurt anyone and wasn't about to. The gin bottle was unopened and not having a front license plate isn't a big deal. He could easily have been identified since he did have a rear plate.

He didn't deserve to be shot in the head.

Anyway, as a result of my extensive criminal history, when a cop said give your license, I gave it to him with a big smile on my face, knowing that at one time or another I had acid, coke, and once H in my pocket (for a whore I was going to see), and if I got rude I was fucked.
I guess he never learned that as a black man in America, he should be extra nice to a man with a gun. What is that saying, that dumb mother fuckers are the ones that usually die first. Very true
