"unfair gubbmint taxation"
Really, It is futile talking to you.

I wonder how many people were killed by drunk drivers that were illegal aliens? I wonder what the cost to the families for medical exspenses and burial of their loss was not to mention the cost of the medical care for the drunk illegal.

I wonder what the cost to the public school system is to feed they free lunches to all the children of the illegal aliens as well as the special programs they have to provide for them.

I wonder how much the goverment spends to ward off the vast numbers of illegals crossing the border along with all the extra manpower they are hiring to keep up with it all.

I wonder how much it cost us to house all the illegal aliens in our justice system along with the medical attention they require.

I wonder how much extra we pay as American citizens for medical care to make up for all the free care the illegal aliens get.

The list goes on and on but no this is not an issue at all.

So here you go, put your dick down and read. This is general info, but there are figures to back it up.

  • Illegal immigration costs U.S. taxpayers about $113 billion a year at the federal, state and local level. The bulk of the costs — some $84 billion — are absorbed by state and local governments.
  • The annual outlay that illegal aliens cost U.S. taxpayers is an average amount per native-headed household of $1,117. The fiscal impact per household varies considerably because the greatest share of the burden falls on state and local taxpayers whose burden depends on the size of the illegal alien population in that locality
  • Education for the children of illegal aliens constitutes the single largest cost to taxpayers, at an annual price tag of nearly $52 billion. Nearly all of those costs are absorbed by state and local governments.
  • At the federal level, about one-third of outlays are matched by tax collections from illegal aliens. At the state and local level, an average of less than 5 percent of the public costs associated with illegal immigration is recouped through taxes collected from illegal aliens.
  • Most illegal aliens do not pay income taxes. Among those who do, much of the revenues collected are refunded to the illegal aliens when they file tax returns. Many are also claiming tax credits resulting in payments from the U.S. Treasury.
With many state budgets in deficit, policymakers have an obligation to look for ways to reduce the fiscal burden of illegal migration. California, facing a budget deficit of $14.4 billion in 2010-2011, is hit with an estimated $21.8 billion in annual expenditures on illegal aliens. New York’s $6.8 billion deficit is smaller than its $9.5 billion in yearly illegal alien costs.
The report examines the likely consequences if an amnesty for the illegal alien population were adopted similar to the one adopted in 1986. The report notes that while tax collections from the illegal alien population would likely increase only marginally, the new legal status would make them eligible for receiving Social Security retirement benefits that would further jeopardize the future of the already shaky system. An amnesty would also result in this large population of illegal aliens becoming eligible for numerous social assistance programs available for low-income populations for which they are not now eligible. The overall result would, therefore, be an accentuation of the already enormous fiscal burden.

Methodology
All studies assessing the impact of illegal aliens begin with estimates of the size of that population. We use a population of 13 million broken down by state.
In our cost estimates we also include the minor children of illegal aliens born in the United States. That adds another 3.4 million children to the 1.3 million children who are illegal aliens themselves. We include these U.S. citizen children of illegal aliens because the fiscal outlays for them are a direct result of the illegal migration that led to their U.S. birth. We do so as well in the assumption that if the parents leave voluntarily or involuntarily they will take these children with them. The birth of these children and their subsequent medical care represent a large share of the estimated Medicaid and Child Health Insurance Program expenditures associated with illegal aliens.
We use data collected by the federal and state governments on school expenses, Limited English Proficiency enrollment, school meal programs, university enrollment, and other public assistance programs administered at the federal and state level. Estimates of incarceration expenses are based on data collected in the State Criminal Alien Assistance Program in which state and local detention facilities seek federal compensation for the cost of detention of criminal and deportable aliens. Estimates for other administration of justice expenditures are based on data collected from the states by the U.S. Department of Justice. General government expenditures are estimated for other non-enumerated functions of government at both the federal and local level. An example would be the cost of fire departments or the cost of the legislature.
Medical costs that amount to 10 percent of overall state and local outlays on illegal aliens derive from our estimate of the childbirths to illegal alien mothers covered by Medicaid, the subsequent medical insurance and treatment of those children and an estimate of uncompensated cost of emergency medical treatment received by illegal aliens. The latter expenditure estimate is based on state and local government studies of uncompensated medical care.
The tax collections from illegal aliens assume eight million illegal alien workers, one-half of whom are in the underground economy. Those in the above-ground economy are assumed to have an average family income of $31,200 (60 hr. workweek @ $10/hr.) with two children.
Conclusion
The report notes that today’s debate over what to do about illegal aliens places the country at a crossroads. One choice is pursuing a strategy that discourages future illegal migration and increasingly diminishes the current illegal alien population through denial of job opportunities and deportations. The other choice would repeat the unfortunate decision made in 1986 to adopt an amnesty that invited continued illegal migration.

i wonder how many americans are killed by legal citizens who are drunk. we had better get rid of the legal citizens too then!

i wonder how much in property taxes illegals paid to fund those schools their children may or may not attend.

i wonder why we spend so much on border enforcement when about half of all illegals got here legally and overstayed visas.

i wonder how much we spend housing legal citizens in prison for victimless crimes.

i wonder how much extra we pay in health care costs to foot the expenses of uninsured legal citizens who visit the ER and declare bankruptcy in the face of massive medical bills.

pretty awesome how you quoted a study from a known HATE GROUP (FAIR)

i'm sure they are much less biased than the comptroller of the state of texas :dunce:

pretty sure a retarded wombat could hve come up with a better copy and paste than you did.

The facts are the facts. There are plenty of other studies out there that show pretty much the same numbers.

As far as your response to legal citizens, well no shit simply stating the fact that we have our own problem with legal citizens to worry about and we don't need the
extra drag of your beloved aliens or should I say democratic votes in the country compounding the issue.

It is funny how you are so quick to call someone a "HATE GROUP" because they expose the true problems it causes to our economy, just paying for those illegal aliens alone will almost eat up the new debt ceiling limit over the next five years by themselves.

mine shows the exact opposite, a boon to the economy.

but i guess mine is propaganda, since it came from the comptroller of the state of texas. whereas yours is indisputable fact since it came from a known hate group

i call them a hate group because the southern poverty law center classifies them as a hate group, right alongside the new black panther party and the KKK.

:dunce:

you used a hate group as your counterexample. that is below the level of even the most mentally-handicapped wombat

What you call a hate group many in this country would call patriots and upholders of the Constitution.

Why do you keep hanging your hat on Carole Keeton Strayhorns Report from 2006 it is 5 years old. Secondly, there are alot of holes in the study and like you say "even a mentally-handicapped wombat" would know that.
When you go to the hospital thay don't ask your citizenship status. They have no way of knowing how much money is going to un-documented workers and so on. It is not propaganda just because it is from the state comptroller.
it is just using only the imperical data that have at hand, and we all now there is alot more unknowns to that data. Like I said statistics are only as good as the black and white data they have to work with.

their founder is friendly with holocaust deniers.

they have a long history of hatred, bigotry, racism, anti-semitism, and worse.

and you hold them up as patriots.

yeah, you're not living in your own little supremacist world now, are you?

It doesn't make them wrong. Even bigots, racists and anti-semites can stumble across valid data and make an accurate if prejudiced analysis. I have no idea who they are and what their views are, but you're attacking the messenger as a way to dismiss the message.

I don't care whether illegal immigrants are good or bad for the economy, I don't care where they hail from, I don't care if they are black, brown or white. If they want to live here, there's a process, if it takes too long...tough shit, that only makes being allowed to come here all the more valuable. Plus, in this day and age, I'd kind of like to have an accurate accounting of who is living among us. That's all...no hatred, no bigotry...just a little common sense and a little national pride.

Anyone who opposes that train of thought either has an agenda (one world government/open borders), is benefitting from the cheap labor or was told to oppose it because the "righties" embrace it. I just can't think of any other reason to actively wish for the breakdown of your country's borders.

Has nothing to do with that, it is the law of the land. There is a process in which someone is allowed to come to this country and it is long and has many requirements to make sure that the people we let in will be
viable citizens that make a positive addition to this country. If they don't like the process than tough that is the system and they can remain were they are. I personaly don't care your race or creed if you want to come
to the United States go through the legal process and leave your country at the door your now American. That doesn't mean you have to give up your heritage or pride in who you are, but you are in a new country and it has new laws and a system that you must abide by and if you don't like it go home.
