Rosemary Oil for Spider Mite Control? Would adding predators be a good coup de gras?

I've got a spider mite problem I just can't get rid of, and the upkeep is killing me. I need a cheap, affordable thing to spray in bulk on the plants to kill what's on them, and something to eat the eggs so they'll stop reproducing.

I've heard two natural solutions that I think I will be able to get enough product for: Habanero, and rosemary. I have the rosemary curing now, and I'll give the peppers a try soon, I guess.

But I've been thinking of getting predators to help lay the final population low after being controlled with predators.

But, I have a question: will the predators reproduce? Like, if I put a small population on a plant, will it eat mites, and lay eggs, which will then come to adulthood and eat more mites?

Thanks for any tips - I'm at my wits end here.

Whatever move you make. Do it soon and go for a knockout. These suckers will continue to eat your plants and multiply as you are now seeing...
Sorry, I have only used No Spider Mite with success in a full blown attack and that stuff ain't cheap. Each time you treat with it the plants stress out bad and I had to hit the plants 3 times with it instead of the recommended 2 times to finally get rid of them...

I'm down with whatever kind of artificial stuff might work, however, I usually can't afford such things.

Would getting something like that be better, do you think? Is there anything affordable? My mites seem to be resistant to Pest Strip things.

Also, I've heard ladybugs don't always eat everything (like eggs), or don't always eat every type of spider mite. Is that true?
